Reminds me of a joke I once heard. There are no atheist soup kitchens.

Belief is a powerful motivator. People believe Vic. They speak with their wallets, accordingly.

SJWs don't believe in their bullshit. Its evident in their tactics of using lies, embellishment, and strategic ommission of fact. Their primary goals are making other people believe their bullshit. You can't gain converts if you cant even convert yourself.

The more I think about the attempt at mediation by Vic's friend (the name escapes me at the moment) the more I get pissed off. People who try to mediate so often fall into this trap of having to assume that both sides they are trying to find the middle ground for are valid and worthy of hearing. This is so rarely the case its laughable. Morons have nothing but spite, jealousy, bigotry, and sjw callowness. But this bastard, in the cowardly whinging of the conflict adverse (seriously people, fights are often necessary) tries to make it all go away where one side just admits to hyperbole while the other commits career seppuku and admits serious sexual deviancy. With a friend like that who needs an enemy? Maybe its just I who hate those who cover behind both-side-ism to avoid and cover up the conflicts inevitable to social discourse to protect their pampered illusion of everyone being friends.

Or hells, maybe I just introduced myself to all of you and revealed I'm an idiot sperg.

I've seen enough of Cuck and Cumdumpster's TCPA, and I have some shit to say:

This heap of dogshit is NOT a TCPA, it's a desperate last attempt to further defame Vic in a privileged document where it couldn't be used against them... under normal circumstances.

This reem of paper is 530 FUCKING PAGES of:
-Blatant defamatory horseshit.
-Blatant false accusations that they CANNOT prove.
-Blatant misinformation.
-Blatant cherry-picking of Vic's deposition when Judge Chupp was literally IN THE GODDAMN ROOM.
-Affidavits from people who have OPENLY DEFAMED VIC.
-Affidavits from people who have been OUTED AS LIARS.
-Affidavits and stories that have ALREADY been proven false.
-Pathetic attempts to dox Vic's phone number.
-Pathetic intimidation attempts.
-Pathetic insults.
-Literal hearsay.
-No attempt to try and prove that this lawsuit is frivolous, aka the entire point of a TCPA.
-AND MORE.

Monica and Ron's brilliant plan is to take all of this, all 530 FUCKING PAGES of steaming cow-shit, and drop it into the lap of a no-nonsense judge THAT CAN ALREADY SEE THROUGH THEIR BULLSHIT.

The front page is one of the SAME PHOTOS that ANN used when they pretended to be a little girl to sell the narrative of: "Vic raped me- I'm TOTALLY the girl in the photo, just believe us- I MEAN ME"... and then got caught red-handed when the REAL GIRL IN THE PHOTO CALLED THEM OUT ON THEIR HORSESHIT.

When I said: "under normal circumstances" I meant that this cannot be used in a trial against them, however, nothing is stopping Ty from arguing that this waste of paper paints a very clear picture of their intentions- and I have a feeling Judge Chupp's not going to be very happy about this waste of his goddamn time.

I cannot wait for Ty, Carrie, Jim and the rest of BHBH to take this entire "TCPA" and cram it down Monica and Ron's throats PAGE BY PAGE. When this heap of shit fails, I hope to GOD Vic refuses to settle with these disgusting, hollow soul cucks...

I hope he lets BHBH drag them to trial, kicking and screaming, before nailing them to a cross.

Yeah Chuck's mediation attempt really didn't help. I don't even know whether to say his heart was in the right place considering how shitty and reputation damaging that sex addict writeup is (though the conditions for the other side weren't great either). Well, it may help yet considering Kickvic's claims that if he just hired a PR firm and apologized it would've turned out fine, considering he said he hired PR in deposition and the emails show that apologies were very much not being accepted.

The big issue Chuck didn't see is that when trying to mediate in good faith with people who lied about your friend and made some of the most egregious claims you can make, he assumed it wouldn't get used against Vic. This was just plain stupid and he should have known better. He's a good friend for trying but an exceptionally dumb one for trying.

I have to think Chuck is still thinking in terms of pre-#MeToo. This strategy might have been viable and allowed all parties to salvage their careers five years ago.

Add to that this is a very public slap fight. You had a spastic calling out Sabat last week (while shilling his YouTube channel). Burying this in procedural shenanigans for a year just prolongs the agony. Will mean more content for us though. There is still the rumored federal lawsuit that Ty could probably launch while he waits for the appeals court to get around to slapping things down.
