This is the shit that pisses me off and it keeps happening. They take a huge shit on someone with their bullshit story and then they're like "ok lets move forward," and don't look too hard at the story and leave Vic in the dirt. I like how the sped at the end decided to mute the convo just because someone has the nerve to doubt her. That's how they operate, if they don't like what's being said they just mute or block every single person who has a different opinion than them instead of hearing them out. It's a good thing that real life doesn't have anything like a block feature, especially in court.

IIRC there's a hearing scheduled for Funimation's TCPA on August 8th, so we'll likely have responses and more news relatively shortly.

Funimation's TCPA hearing is on August 8th, and then Chupp has 30 days from then to rule on it. MoRon's and Marchi's TCPA hearings have not been scheduled, but I'm of the opinion that it'll likely be scheduled on or near August 8th.
