Since it looks like there might be a new host of normies coming to the Farms over the Jonathan/Jessica Yaniv dumpster fire, I'll follow up what someone in that thread wanted to reiterate and bump this troon's own thread in hopes some eyes wander onto it also.
As a recap, Morgane Oger completely enabled Yaniv to get to the point he has with his behavior and antics regarding the BCHRT. I was also inspired by the Yaniv thread to look at some screen shots, ill do some more looking tomorrow but we cant forget who created this situation for Yaniv to abuse. In the first shot Oger is using a link to the results of their own tribunal case as a threat to silence opposition. That looks to me like a intimadation tactic from someone running for a spot in the NDP. But Oger isnt afraid of contradictions, he literally couldnt exist without them.

That there is telling. There’s been a push in the UK by a group called TELI to get cases in court to make precedents that favour trans rights over those of women and children. The leaked mermaids emails have one noting that the EHRC were looking for a test case against a school.
We see this all the time - a test case needs a sympathetic or awful defendant depending on what you want to achieve so you can spin public opinion how you want. You want to make it illegal to watch a video of real life events? Better pick a white supremacist nut with 1488 written on his van, then you can blather on about ‘if you oppose this you’re supporting actual Nazis!’
The whole TRA thing was supposed to have been done under the radar, through quiet influence, like the passing of the GRA in 2004.

We should be thankful for that, because not only is it hilarious it’s the best defence against what the TRa lobby wants to get on the statute books. The genuinely dangerous ones are people like Steven whittle, who are able to control themselves and have influence. The Yanivs and those like them will hopefully be numerous enough to sink the entire thing, so here’s hoping Johnny boy is as outrageous and repellent as possible, and covered as widely as possible in the press so that the average normie finally thinks about the issue rather than repeating the dreck they’re fed by the MSM.

The Rogaine Ogre is right about the general optics of it, but the legal issues would also be somewhat different. Suppose Jon had instead gone to some large chain where they do waxings like this. The issue with the immigrant women this evil racist preferentially victimizes is that their choice is to go out of business or wax this child molester's balls.
You could argue against a chain place that does waxing that it wouldn't be a huge burden to hire at least one person willing to do this so that you could serve that population. I still think it would be wrong to force anyone to touch another person's genitals against their will, but he wouldn't be as obvious a racist rapist as he is.

What a chicken shit defense though eh. How does it make it any difference if it's just women working at home or if you're going into a corporate salon? If you're going into a large salon you're not forcing a corporate entity to handle your balls, it's still probably going to be a woman except this one is probably making $19 an hour and just happened to be scheduled on shift when you came in.
It's almost worse if you go to a large salon and expect this because at least women working at home can say no without fear of being fired.
How about instead you just go to a salon that has ball waxing services? I really don't understand the trouble in finding a salon that's okay handling your schlong.

I agree that corporate salon chain vs. independent immigrant lady working out of her home shouldn't be an issue. Fundamentally, it's still a matter of whether the state can and will compel a woman to handle a troon cock. But it just serves to make Yanniv look more detestable, and further alienate potential supporters who may be willing to overlook his troonery but won't excuse his apparent racism .
As for a proper candidate for a test case, if Yanniv were blameless, instead of a transparent fetishist and pedo, it wouldn't change the fundamental issue of requiring people to handle troon cock under force of law. But fewer people would be outraged, and certain folks would be able to frame the issue differently and perhaps talk themselves into supporting Yanniv.
I for one am grateful and amused Yanniv is the test case, and Rogaine Oger must deal.

The thing is no chain would do genital waxing, to many issues to deal. Most cities it’s a specialty thing done by small salons or individual women like Yaniv is harassing. Bikini line waxing is as far as most typical places go. There’s a reason all the respondents are small home operations - they were willing to provide a service many larger salons will not (partly from legal fears, spas with healthcare-esque services are the places that might offer it but are also very expensive).
I’m sure LA might have a quite the genital waxing industry, but only because you have the porn and entertainment industry. The average woman does not pay to have all her public hair ripped out on a regular basis, regardless of what porn tells men. Most women have never had a Brazilian wax and those that have usually don’t want to repeat the pain again.
Five years ago some women I knew wanted to get a landing strip wax in a city I lived in (250,000 pop) there was one independent salon and a handful of home based operators that offered it.
