It looks like your statement could be taken out of context, just like Yaniv has seemingly taken the BCHRC out of context, where just because Transgenderism is a protected class, Yaniv states that he is transgender, and thusly is unequivocally protected from the reasonably foreseeable consequences of his actions.
Case in point:
1.) Yaniv contacts an aesthetician over Facebook.
2.) Yaniv speaks about a Brazilian (bikini wax tailored to the female biology). In depth, and with lewdity.
3.) The Aesthetician declines, because she is trained to wax female genitalia.
4.) Yaniv says "aw shucks, I was looking forward to you working with my little string. Can you give me a facial?"
5.) She says no, I'm not that kind of girl.
6.) Yaniv complains to the HRT, saying that she declined to give him "service" because he's a tranny. She cannot properly defend herself because she doesn't really understand the complaint. Her lawyer is an ambulance-chaser who wants to drag out his billables for as long as possible.
7.) Rinse, and repeat.
We can all see the sexual undertones, why doesn't anybody address the micro-phallus in the room? It's cultural, because these "immigrant" woman cannot understand the language or the legal system sufficiently enough to understand and respond or countersue.
(Don't think you can in BCHRT, as soon as you brought up the countersuit you'd probably be transferred to a PROPER court, Civil Supreme)
He picks on these women because they're easily shamed, and they don't understand the system. Basically, we need an adequate intervenor to attend and transition this into the big boys' court, then give that little shit an ass kicking he won't soon forget.
This kid is abusing the system, abusing immigrants, abusing women, defrauding the government. I realize you think the Criminal Justice system won't touch this, but that doesn't mean "we" (reasonable advocates on the board) can't lay the groundwork for a criminal mop-up crew to come in and deal with the fucker after we make a mockery of him.
Making a mockery of him would probably be via the recently re-enacted Anti-SLAPP legislation in BC. Drag him into court and force him to explain his actions in a reasonable manner, and with decorum. He cannot just interrupt the court or opposing counsel, and that will be his downfall, as he'll likely be found in Contempt of Court. From there, we can guide him into the Colony.
Now the question here is if anybody is in the Vancouver area to push this through, and is ready to do what has to be done, in the Public Interest. I'm in Toronto, so it's a bit expensive for me to just show up in Vancouver and mop the floor with the little shit's man-boobs, but I'll reach out and see if anybody is willing to help with this. However, as I'm being SLAPP'd by the BC Government for publishing records, reports, and recordings of Vancouver Island Health Authority acting in Bad Faith and in a manner reasonably likely to cause the death or grievous bodily harm to a certain class of patient (in this case, those elderly patients with asthma or vascular dementia) so I'm kinda doubtful anybody will treat my concern as genuine but rather see it as a me using it as a vehicle to further my own agenda.
Which is kinda true, I just want people to follow the legislated rules, whether they be a service provider or a service consumer. This little shit is out of control, and my nickname for the sunshine coast holds:

And, I'm serious about him being detained at the Colony Farm facility, as I'm pretty sure that's what any reasonable prosecutor would do when presented with the likes of Yaniv, gift-wrapped after a sound whooping in the Civil Justice system.
