He just came out with this "garfield fan film" that I haven't watched, but it seems like yet another manifestation of his Garfield-related 'tism

What bugs me about this is that Quinton could literally just switch to making videos he actually gives a shit about and is enthusiastic about making, instead of this bullshit he clearly only feels obligated to make, and he'd start pulling in big numbers again.

Quinton already cleared the first and biggest hurdle, making it to the hundreds of thousands of active subscribers. At that point you can just switch to doing whatever the fuck you want, and as long as the quality is consistently above-average and you put content out somewhat regularly, it's fine. For fuck's sake, Quinton got big doing on-camera commentary on dumb movies, that's the easiest fucking genre by far to segue from. People are already subscribing to you for you at that point.

If you don't want to make the same stuff, why don't you try making shit you want to do. If you're enthusiastic about it, and put the fucking effort in to fix your audio, people might actually watch it. Stop chasing trends you think will inflate your views, especially trends populated exclusively by the most cynical assholes on the platform who can tell immediately what you're doing.

If Youtube is your job then either start making some genuinely intelligent business decisions or fucking quit.

Quinton, you feel ostracised because you've decided to cut ties with all the youtubers you once looked up to and collaborated with in order to chase breadtube troon dick. Also I feel like a lot of the information he provides is just surface shit and honestly way less impressive than what everyone gives him credit for.
