tea's personal art is posted in a queue because they make so fucking MUCH of it in a short amount of time (see "i've made 45 pieces over the past week" earlier in the thread), however commissions are posted relatively soon after they are done from what i've seen
you're absolutely right, the queued work from half a year ago doesn't reflect tea's current skill. but when you draw as much art as tea does, you are bound to improve (whether tea has been improving is debatable) faster than you can post/post through the queue.

Tea's art has definitely stagnated. You can look at anything from 2017 onwards and think it was drawn recently - the only things that have really changed are the lineart and the textures used in the hair and various other minor effects.

yeah thats true in some ways. making tons of Art could/should make one improve. but when u make so many at once, i feel like its counterproductive. youre not giving yourself time or breaks and youre not letting yourself practice and actually learn. shitting out so many pieces at once just makes your pieces all the same/rushed/boring/ect

yeah exactly. her work has stagnated quite a bit. its what happens when youre focused on pumping out as many works as possible (this is coming from an artist whos had to make a shit ton of stuff for art class. it really does drain you and make it harder to get new ideas). itll give you less time to breathe. tea should take a break and try doing studies. i mean she suposedly has a long ass queue. she could easily take a break

i think tea should get out of their comfort zone and draw a big piece with all their main/favorite ocs. ash, elliott, bailey, fariha, vlad, whoever the fuck tearzah likes or is important to the story in one piece. it would take a decent amount of time, effort, and tea could get to display their ocs interacting in a way that is more than them standing near each other with one-word speech bubbles. they could even put "obscera" written above them and make it the story's banner or title card. i just want tearzah to give half a shit about what they make, is that so much to ask? (i mean probably, but i can hope...)

It's disgusting how people who clearly have a pedophilia fetish suck up to ReinaGoth despite the fact she was being groomed for years, and nobody did anything about it. It seems like pedophilia is pretty normalized in the "pastel goth" artist community, so there could be a whole bunch of shit going on under the radar we don't know about. There's another artist named Vivipoupereinesse who Tea's fans are starting to orbit as well, and she's 13... a lot of her customers have been adults. I can only hope she doesn't fall into the same traps Reina did.

On one hand people are going to be saying “why are we talking about this bitch this thread is about Tearzah” as lovedrool got a thread as well because of a whole different can of worms. James has got plenty of that but it would require digging up a lot and I doubt leaping up and creating a thread would work for moderators.

In summary, making a thread on James would require showing him stealing absolutely everyone’s content over the years (he also claims to be in animation school, but a lot of his animations are just traced over anime gifs), heavily copying Tearzah, abuse accusations towards his family (take this with a grain of salt, he throws around “abusive” “toxic” and “manipulative” like every tumblr user and it’s been proven that he’s in fact the toxic one.) harassment of ex fans, hypocrisy, changing his views every 5 seconds, and pedophilia. James does fall under a lolcow due to his behaviour but I don’t know if a thread on him would work if he’s already classed as an obsessive Tearzah fan who wants to become Tearzah.

On the other hand the Tearzah thread could also work for Tearzah fans; since it’s also about Bavid who is basically Tearzah’s biggest fan. Suppose you just need that balance of also talking about Tearzah more than that.
