It isn't. The first case only concerns you and what you think. The second case involves warping a story you know as much about as we do to whatever you want in order to prove some bullshit and present it as face value infront of another audience that doesn't know the original story and therefore is unable to judge properly what version is true. It is simple lying.

You see, you are (well, mostly) a bunch of insane feminist men and women who have to do with reality as much as charlemagne with new zealand. a good number of posters here openly and proudly claim that a woman who laughs at them with me was somebody i raped. you know, raped ! like somebody, i should be in prison for. somebody who i offered to marry so i may save her from her insane mother, somebody who slept in my house even after we broke up, who is my best friend currently, is somebody i should do time for raping.

the idea that you believe that "you" know as much as i do is frankly deeply disturbing and insulting, as much as a claim that a rabid fox on mescaline is as rational as somebody working on MIT.

See, since they needed to provide EVIDENCE of the abuse and rape to get him put away, either he really did rape and abuse... or you're now accusing the police and court system of corruption and making evidence up.

Was that the one you forced sex upon? Then yes, then it is rape, even if she decided to not press charges and stay with you. Just like it was assault when you attacked your parents.

Croatia is fucked apparently. And it is quite interesting that you take a woman from a clearly troubled childhood and upbringing and use her as a standard for all women in the world, both in terms of behaviour and in terms of what their wishes are.
