Imagine being a person or business looking for legal representation and finding or having any of these LOLyers recommended to you. As with any sane person you'd do due diligence and look them up via search engine.

Imagine being a lawyer or firm who knows these LOLyers and recommends them to the above person or business in need of legal representation. What are the odds of contact lists being 'updated' in a subtractive sorta way?

Imagine being an entertainment company in search of voice talent who is familiar with this case.

Imagine what happens when an entertainment company who isn't familiar with this case does their own due diligence as a normal part of investigating potential voice actors recent roles.

Imagine a normal person's complete lack of surprise when these people become all but unemployable in their respective fields.

Also it's generally not legal for sheriff deputies to cross county lines as Sheriffs are elected, constitutionally enshined offices, especially 70 miles and 4 counties over for a mailbox.

Sheriff's department in Davidson County only runs the county jails. They have no arresting power. Therefore, a Davidson County Sheriff wouldn't be dispatched to do a police report. Davidson County is a Metropolitan area. The entire county is covered by Nashville Metro Police Department. He should have cut off the patch too.

At the very least that makes Jennifer Lynn a direct target of lawsuit if Vic wants to invite her to the party (maybe in a round 2 alongside her fellow conthots) and if Funimation can be attached to this, their TCPA dead in the water. Didn't Ty ask for an extension specifically for Funimation's TCPA response? If so, I'd suspect they're waiting on some info from LCC, like with Kamehacon.

IIRC, Vic explicitly said in the Depo they are working off of a contingency agreement. I could be misremembering this. You are correct about the GFM going to BHBH.

OK, so if BHBH is on contingency, lets say Vic wins. That means that it isn't Vic that is gonna have to play games trying to collect. It's Ty. So just picture the fun to be had watching Moronica and co trying to dodge a highly motivated law firm.

Stahhhhp. In the original ANN article they used some pics from Vic's fansite. The girls in those photos came forward so ANN purged them and gave some mealy-mouthed excuse.
The pictures of girls left are those sourced directly from people featured in the article telling their stories. There is no more "gotcha" to be found here. Autists have pored over it for months and have not found anything else. It's over.

I can't believe arguments like this are still floating around this thread. BHBH has the funds to reply to absurd shit for days and weeks and years. The people who don't have the money are the defendants, who are potentially going to have to pay for their lawyers to defend this in front of a judge.

This is a completely absurd argument that keeps popping up. It's false in and of itself. This "tactic" produces the exact opposite of what people are claiming it does: it ends up spending money from people that DON'T have the money to spend.

This filings are NOT intended to drain Vic's warchest, they don't do anything noticeable to that effect, nor does it matter to any of the parties involved in this lawsuit since Vic's funds (which are public) can be used to sue them two or three times over, shenanigans or not. No one on the defendants side is thinking of this as a drainage tactic because 1. it doesn't work and 2. it drains their funds, not Vic's. Maybe it drains a little more of Vic's than theirs, but Vic is not hurting for money, they are. It hurts them that much more.

Please stop making this argument, it's entirely nonsensical and extremely short-sighted to even say it.

EVERY argument and action that these lobotomites have made to date is either absurd or nonsensical. So personally I have zero problem believing that Moronica is in fact stupid enough to think they are gonna drain Vic's funding. Note how many shows Nick covers their various infatuation with the GFM. They are fixated on it IMO as it stands as proof that fandom considers THEM the 'wrong side of history.'

Ron doesn't remember any conversations about Vic or any articles covering the story. All he remembers is PULL, so who's words is he repeating? This is of course a rhetorical question.
