WE AREN'T VICS FANS!

We are fans of internet slap fights.
I've sorta become a fan of Vic after seeing the way he carries himself during this shitfest and how he is with his fans, still doesn't excuse him cheating on his fiance (though from what we've seen it looks like he dodged a bullet).

But slap fights always come first.

Speak for yourself.
KF are chaotic neutral edgelords who feed on human stupidity. Just because you're a rare genuine fan means KF as a whole is pro-Vic or cares about him.

I'm just here because there's a timeline where feminazi trash like Jamie Marchi can get smacked as hard as Amanda Winn Lee. I just feel a growing disappointment towards most of the other snakes.

The public figure thing is never going to pass. What makes them think he fits the qualifications to be a public figure? LMAO

The two cases being cited for the "libel-proof" bullshit.

Let's just compare Vic, a guy who is still doing conventions and has lines out the door any time he does, with the plaintiffs in these cases.

Bui Phu Xuan appeals from a summary judgment for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram on Bui’s libel claim. We affirm.

In May 1998, Bui was convicted of murder and sentenced to ninety-nine years in prison. During his trial, the State offered evidence that Bui was a member of a criminal street gang known as the “Angel Boys” and had committed numerous offenses, including the sale and distribution of crack cocaine, theft, assault, extortion, prostitution, aggravated robbery, burglary, insurance fraud, and sexual assault of a child. (footnote: 2) Further, Bui’s appearance bond was conditioned upon him having “no gang affiliation or voluntary contact with any gang.” Between February 28, 1991 and May 20, 1998, the Star-Telegram published twelve articles concerning the murder committed by Bui and covering his trials. Five of those articles referred to Bui’s reputed Asian gang membership. (footnote: 3)

On February 7, 2005, while Bui was serving his prison term, his fourteen-year-old daughter, Lan, was stabbed to death near her home in Haltom City. On February 12 and 13, 2005, the Star-Telegram published two articles about Lan’s murder and referred to Bui’s earlier murder conviction and his reputed gang affiliation. The Star-Telegram also published an edited version of one article in its Spanish-language publication, La Estrella . Specifically, the Star-Telegram articles stated that Bui was a “reputed Asian gang leader” and “was known by gang officers and Tarrant County prosecutors as a gang leader.”

Although the three statements Swate complains about may be false, the earlier newspaper articles and the disciplinary orders describe conduct that would have ruined Swate's reputation prior to the publication of Schiffers's article.   For example, one disciplinary order established that Swate had failed to complete abortions performed on several patients, and that he had failed to repair lacerations which occurred during abortion procedures.   As a result of this conduct, the Texas Board of Medical Examiners placed Swate on probation for five years.   Another order established that Swate continued to function as a physician, despite having been placed on probation, by operating two methadone clinics.   These actions, and others, were reported in the numerous newspaper articles that were included in the defendants' summary judgement evidence.   While we need not include all of the details of these articles, let it suffice to say that Swate has been the target of extensive negative media attention for at least ten years, so much so that it is impossible to believe Swate's reputation could have been further damaged by the statements in Schiffers's article.

These absolute assholes think having a reputation for hugging people awkwardly is as bad as being a gang murderer and a quack doctor who had been the subject of numerous news stories, went on to illegally run methadone clinics, etc. and had ten years of terrible coverage.

This is obvious idiocy.
