Law Twitter almost deserves its own forum, though to be fair. I just don't know if there's enough interest for it. A lot of them are certainly cows, but their spergery often extends into the legal realm in a way that most forum goers probably don't care about or lack the necessary expertise to recognize it for the idiocy that it is.

I think he's only okay with it because he thinks that there isn't anything he doesn't want people to know out there for others to find. The thing is, there's usually stuff you don't want found out, especially in a profession with a huge PR side to it. I think it's just a matter of time before Kiwi stumbles on that. All it takes is having one bad day, or one wrong post, and it could be rather embarrassing if it got uncovered. Do I believe that someone who lives for posting stuff online about how right he is won't have something out there that he forgot about? Not for a second.
