I suppose this is like looking into the future for those 2 fatties.

Ahhhahahah! A debt collection lawyer!

Of course...

Looking as smug as one can in his $299 Sears suit. Probably off to court to try squeeze a few dollars out of little ol’ black grandma’s and the trailer park-working poor.

Never mind that what he does can barely be described as “practicing law”. Nor that your average KF could do a competent job at replacing him after a few weeks of training, as long as they’re able to memorize which form letter is sent to whom.

The question is: What on earth does he think he has to gain by getting involved here? What sort of sped-self destructive instinct is taking over here?

So how far does Douchette need to go in order to be the Renfamous of Law Twitter?

This question is rhetorical now that I think about it.

I lucked into finding this fascinating article about the 5 laws of stupidity by some economic scholar.
I really believe it T. Greg and KickVic fit these qualities to a T (heh),
especially Law 3: A stupid person is a person who causes losses to another person or to a group of persons while himself deriving no gain and even possibly incurring losses.

Fascinating article, some of it are patterns that are obvious, but I recommend everyone read this article and see this entire incident as a case study on these qualities:

Edit: original article by professor here that expands on these points.

Do these idiots think the defense wants more time, with how absolutely redassed they were when Ty asked for it?

Who cares? Why would it matter? What advantage would they get from it? It's really no big deal although I think considering it's Grug, he's probably completely full of shit as usual and has no clue what he's talking about.

It makes absolutely no difference at all. They had their time, plus more to come up with a TCPA and all they did was fill it with garbage. Then chimped over Ty wanting to strike nearly all of it because it's irrelevant.

I can't imagine what more time would give them. Law Twitter is the fucking short bus of the internet.

Probably so they can spin up some more highly dubious, hearsay+contradictory filled affidavits which douche and co will use to put out there and say 'look look its court docs so it must be true' like theyve done time after time.

Even if Chupp shoots down the supplements and other junk theyre trying to use with their TCPA come hearing, they still got as far as getting them out there to defame Vic more and to waste BHBH time going through them.

I think it was Greg who mentioned more affidavits being on the way. That's probably what he's talking about - despite it still being unclear whether the court will even accept anything which wasn't filed with the TCPA.

Douchette already hinted that they're going to "gather more affidavits", which to me... is just more frivolous affidavits. You would think you lead with your strongest evidence, and if your strongest evidence are a bunch of sperging cows, then I can't imagine what your backup will be.

Like, does Doucette not realize that if Lemoine files more frivolous documents for the purpose to draining Vic's legal funds he is going to be at incredible risk for sanctions, and could up to/including lose to the case outright without chance for appeal?

In line with Ty's rant last night, I can't imagine that someone who went through the dregs of legal schooling, came out of it with letters after his name and would be so fucking stupid as to listen to a morally and financially corrupt sperg on Law Twitter, and risk an ethical violation, and his license to practice law.

On a scale of 1 to Fedora, how mad is Lemoine right now?
