You make this sound like an all in gamble.

It's the safest gamble, unless it comes out with fact that he instigated it all. That's why it was leaked through Doucette, to absolve Lemoine of any blame

Okay so I keep seeing the idea that he is trying to get this moved out of county, and I just have to ask. Is it really possible that the defense can request something like that if they are the ones who poisoned the well? I could see them hoping the plaintiff will request it.

That is the best case scenario, and exactly what I was thinking too. Even if it backfires and he gets people mad at him he can use that to leverage a bias move and claim that technically he didn't instigate it

T Greg Douchette came flying out of the wood work to flood this woman's thread with his jackasserry.

Problem is this was so toxic that he started losing followers. So I am sure that this will work out well.
Holy hell, is he spamming random out-of-context quotes and videos.

Also, new shirt.

Look at all these people coming out of the woodwork who stayed quiet for months

i think monica and jamie tried to make this in the last nail in the coffin for vic. one last opportunity to completely destroy his reputation and credibility

but remember.

'we want our friend to get help'

Full #MeToo those tweets. Also, I wouldn't really call this "final nail" since it's talking about the and talks about Vic actually going to court to clear his name. If anything. it's a Hail Mary pass to get the public on their side since Nick and the Farms require a pretty high level of Internet to understand.

The fact that bravery is being used here makes me sick. This isn't bravery. None of this is bravery. This is just cowardly opportunistic.

This was all planned ahead of time, they can't even make it look organic in the slightest. I bet none of this will come back to bite them in the ass either...nope not at all.

Will TY mention the fact that the Defense continues to defame vic via pressuring journalists to write hit-pieces? This seems desperate now.

You mean sitting behind the hill quietly giving thumbs up for the meat of the debate, then only poking your head out every time a perceived publicity "win" happens?

Can't see how that's cowardly at all, no sir :suffering:

So, it turns out that Lemoine was the one that reached out to Dallas News to have the story covered. In the article it shows that they had interviews with Marchi's lawyer and took a glamor shot of Lemoine at their office.

The article uses his verbiage, and even tries to paint Nick as saying the lawsuit is for "grinding these women into dust".

WHEW LAD.

I can't wait til Judge Chupp sees that Lemoine ran to the media to poison the jury well :story:
I don't think Judge Chupp minds about this article.

Lemoine is following the same strategy since the beginning: he wants to attract all the psychopaths and liars to bury Vic under a pile of bullshits. That's why in one of his last motion, he wrote something like 'here is the list of brave people fighting against evil' to describe the liars providing affidavits.

He want to attract other loosers like Jennifer Lynn Hunt / Doucette/ ArmzGurl & Co, who have time to harass Vic, his business partners, to send hundreds of emails a day to try to get more defamatory newspaper articles. And they do it for free, because they have nothing else to do in life.

With Kavanaugh, after a few weeks there was already a nice bunch of psychos who were ready to swear that they had seen him rape people on a boat thousands miles away.

That's what Lemoine is looking for.

The problem with this is that it is publicity. Probably publicity that Funimation and rooster Teeth didn't want. This might attract the attention of other publications as well as higher up in Sony and Time Warner.
So we maybe get our nick/tiny jew cross over after all.

The sky is the limit if bigger publications pick this up.

CNN-> Carlson->Trump Tweet -> Sargon killing himself is possible.
Also just think about all the doxing. our good girl or that texan guy could get their 150 full with CNN types.

Weebwars gets better every day and the future looks bright.

That really makes Douchette's tweet about "giving more time to collect more affidavits" seem more conspicuous. To steal a quote from Akiva.. "Do they not realize we can read their tweets?"

If anything, they’re using the fact that Chip can’t just send them a notice first thing on Monday to say “get your asses to the courtroom” and only schedule hearings after the fact.

honestly i do not think this is the case. i think this newspaper article is a desperate last ditch effort to regain control of the narrative.

in the beginning they expected the twitter mob to dominate the narrative. but that wasn't enough anymore when rekieta started covering the topic and opposition formed around him.
then they relied on lawtwitter to take over the narrative and return it to their side, but it didn't work.
then they tried to scare rekieta into shutting up by threatening to depose him, but he didn't care.

now they're out of options. the kickvic side is basically unopposed on youtube, and even on twitter they are entrenched and keep holding out no matter how much lawtwitter spergs about them. this is terrible for the defendants, so their last resort is trying to get old media to come in and help them win their fight for public opinion.

Make no mistake, this is a classic tactic for smearing. Publicize it on the Saturday morning so it festers all weekend and you can't get a counter response away in time. Even if the publication retracts it Monday, the bulk of their readership has inhaled the narrative.

This was done explicitly for damaging lay-people's opinions about Vic, while giving KV something to rally behind and point to as a "valid journalistic" take. Gives them another piece to run around and show as manufactured "evidence" to conventions, from a publication that is local and holds more clout.

Damage is done, and I'd be surprised if BHBH doesn't bring it in front of the court for a sanction (if it's remedial). This is the equivalent of the nuclear option for the defense, and it speaks volumes for how they feel about the strength of their case,

The wonderful thing about SJWs and their protos before them, is that Ty (or anyone) could invite them into his office, lay down his entire plan on a given situation verbatim, and they would ignore it and prep for the opposite just to spite him. For proof I present the following into evidence...Love or loathe them, thats why EVS/TUG/Flash often post and make videos openly discussing hitching them up to a plow and profiting from them. And they walk into the yoke each and every time.

They arent very smart, so they will do the wrong thing by default. And you CANNOT make them do otherwise.

So in retaliation for the defense losing the hearing they are going to continue playing their shitty games which got them in their current position. Good plan definitely shows you are brave victims and not vindictive bitches.
I think they forgot you can't keep bluffing or double down after showing your hand.
