Definitely. The plaintiff always wants a jury in a case like this, or at least the credible threat of one.

The defendants, Monica Liar and the Soye Boye in particular, may be so utterly delusional they think they'd fare well in front of a jury, but they're completely wrong.

That's the truth. I'm sure that this is actually what Vic was expecting, when he mentioned in his deposition about expecting more to come out, if they haven't already. He was expecting this level of nonsense, and it took this long to finally get to

Because you are a normal person. And normal people who were never exposed to the depths that these people are willing to go CAN'T wrap their heads around the totally evil shit they do as a matter of course.

Those of us that have had experience with their ilk have tried explaining it to people for a long time. But no one wants to believe that people that could well be their co worker or neighbor or their kid's teacher are in fact, evil. Once you DO experience it though, it's plain as day.

You can be sure the first thing that went on in an initial interview, considering the kind of case this would be, is what is the absolute worst that is actually true that could come out. I doubt what came out is any worse than what was in those initial disclosures or is any surprise to Ty or Vic.

I think the only thing anybody here finds shocking is the new depths of stupidity being reached.
Nick has said that KickVic's goal was to put Vic in the ground.
I think they've shifted the goalposts. I believe they want us to die from laughing at them.

Nick and the farms have been running an asymmetrical campaign doing actual damage to their case. Every connection between defendants and their associates. Every inconsistency. Every lie gets uncovered, then publicized by Nick, and handed over to Ty. These are things that can do real damage in court.

Their big counter punch is the spednaught and a biased newspaper article. None of these actually help them in front of a judge. It just hurts Vic’s reputation more and potentially makes everything more expensive for them in the long run.

I can’t wait to see their billboard or FM soft rock station ad.

I guess at the very least we get to see which people consume shit without questioning things. Looks like this might turn into another wave of VAs coming out and giving their stories on what a 'terrible' person vic is.

At this point, I just mark the tweet as irrelevant to my feed. Perhaps I need to stop following certain people as well as this came up as a recommendation because I follow some other people that follow this guy.
