Okay, I used the wrong term because I'm not a landlord whoopsie. Anyways, they can't see the details, but a landlord can absolutely see convictions and absolutely allow/refuse tenancy based on that, and it's perfectly legal to do so.

Yes, thank you for spending a post on repeating what I already wrote: A landlord can’t get his criminal record without his permission.

Refusing to give permission to see his criminal record may be telling, but they can’t turn him down just for refusing to give consent.

Honestly even now after everything we have seen my suspension of disbelief is still feeling mighty stretched....like could there be any conceivable angle he and his mom are trying to work here?

Between his lawsuit antics, his obsession with broadcasting the most obnoxious and detestable shit to the whole world, his fixation with getting media/social media attention by any way possible, and all the other inexplicably batshit retarded shit he has said and done, culminating in this latest "BY THE WAY I TOTALLY DONT HAVE ANY CP! IF YOU COPS FIND ANYTHING IT WAS SENT TO ME BY TROLLS!" fuckery it all just seems too damn perfect and theatrically horrible to be real.

Like if this shit was spread out between periods of generic, boring, and inoffensive autism and idiocy like we see with Chris and Wu or even Ahuviya I would have no doubts as to this being legit, but as it stands its like he is just spending weeks/months doing absolutely nothing but doing/planning/bragging about the most hate-provoking and self destructive shit imaginable in a way that frankly seems consciously planned and designed to provoke the most negative reactions possible from media, society, and law enforcement, and the fact his mother is fully on board with this means its not just one tard whose brain melted down.

Honestly, I think it's rather simple. He's a sociopath like his mom. They feel invincible, and most of all they feel in the right because that's how they perceive the world. They do this shit because they can. It's that simple. There is no grand scheme or agenda.

Nick Bate was literally a poo fetishist incestuous child rapist and most of his online presence was autistic sperging about some fucking webcomic fanfic shit. I'll chime in here - former licensed strata manger in BC. Although I have zero knowledge of this particular strata and its bylaws.

In rare cases, the courts have forced sales, but it's very rare, and a very long, tedious and expensive (for the strata/owners) process - this is in relation to non-compliance of strata bylaws. So, as far as I know, even if someone was convicted of a crime, the strata would have no legal bounds to proceed with the necessary steps to have that individual removed, unless of course there were serious infractions of strata bylaws, and the strata had properly taken the necessary steps to have the owner comply with the bylaws. There was an interesting case of a mother/son

I'm totally in the sexual fetish camp. At least being a large part of it.

Second part, I'm thinking he's a tard who's trying to build a "brand" so to speak. That whole no publicity is bad publicity notion. Maybe he thinks he can make money off of gong show appearances, or get famous for being fucking ridiculous, because America often rewards stupidity (even tho he's Canadian, he's done the rounds in the US media).

But he's too insane to realize that nobody likes pedos.

....there was an interesting case of a mother/son (owned a strata unit in Surrey), who harassed other unit owners, and through a lengthy court process were eventually forced to sell. Their antics were pathetic.
