ThatDogGuy is a troll. I'm pretty sure he doesn't watch Phil's streams or give him any money (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong about this), and only posts on the forum to write ridiculous shit like this, basically just to annoy people. In addition, he also switches to his alt-account Amityville to agree with ThatDogGuy posts and vice versa. Coincidentally, both accounts last posted anything on the forum on May 3. He might have finally gotten bored and moved on.

Dogfukingcracker has it right, Dave is pretending not to know the issue. If he admits what he did was fucked then he can't do it again. Now he knows for a fact he can essentially use any bit of information, charge for the "privilege" of knowing and feel relatively safe he'll get a few hundred dollars at least. If he doesn't make the goal who cares? He's up a few hundred and he doesn't reveal the good news, which IDK will be he's planning to shave at some point, maybe.
It's fucking brilliant, and his viewers keep letting it happen. I ain't even mad, I wanna see what he'll drop next, considering he has fuck all that's actually good in his life, it'll be interesting to see how low he'll go.
