Apologize if I missed it being discussed, but what is Canada’s definition of terroristic threats? Here in at least parts of the US, that was a specific threat of violence to a specific person and does meet the definition.

Not sure about Canada but in the states you need a complainant to file for assault charges. So kitty would have to dox themselves to get anything done. And I sure as fuck wouldnt want that walking crime against nature to know who I was if I was close. Great way to get all kinds of fake allegations made against you.

It would, and Null and the Admins can probably make the needed report without needing to Dox WGKitty. He or She has been identified as an anonymous source within Yaniv's building. The operators of the web service that the threats were transmitted across can call it in.
