I actually do think there's enough for RCMP to do something. You have a known nuisance who is living in proximity to his target and I have enough technical information to provide that can verify it's him. He did not use a proxy and he used an email we know belongs to him. I'm willing to find a local notary to sign an affidavit that the logs I'm presenting are undoctored.
