If that photo really is Yaniv at one year old, the only other one year old I've seen that large is an autistic one. (Whose size had me digging into above research, wondering if there was a connection between his huge body but obviously compromised brain.)

Tbh she comes off as the kind of desperate lonely woman who clings to their only child after their husband dies.
