I don't think I'll ever forget the first time I saw a picture of a surgically-created "vagina". I haven't seen this as much as the other way around (straight beta males claiming they're lesbians). Is this a thing that's gaining momentum? The hilarious thing is how the FTM's are still usually meek and at worst, whinging, and Troons are aggressive and hostile.

Been to Jap-land. They have trans women, but few and far between, and it's typical to see one as a personality on Japanese TV variety shows. They are almost exclusively attracted to men ( the, so gay I became a woman type).
I think white anime obsessed Troons would get a rude awakening there. The Japs don't think too highly of men that can't handle their weird cartoon porn.

No. Cis in terms of troonspeak applies only to gender. CisGender = matching the gender you were born with. Hence strait people are Cishets. So Cis Gay is you're comfortable in your assigned at birth gender but are attracted to the opposite sex. Cis does not deal with sexuality.
