Early in the playthough Phil spent a few minutes adjusting the phone, listening to the ringtones and such.

DSP is now accusing CAPCOM to be SO LAZY to pay a third party company to make the game, and it's too fast and rigged against his reactional (AKA MASHING) fighting style

Also he keep matched with the same guy and kept losing, salt is overflowing and he is calling the guy a scrub and the game devs are all brainless idiots, he is the only smart one

Don't forget that Phil swore off playing Atlus games forever after he got copyright strikes on his Persona 5 playthrough. Although I think he returned to Persona 3 and finished it after previously ragequitting at the final boss sometime after that so maybe he forgot.

Edit: Fixed typos and confirmed, Phil's return to P3 was in August 2018, just a year after saying he wouldn't play Atlus games again, which just confirms that any refusal to play their games would be based on whether he can make ad revenue and not any kind of personal principle.

So if I go to google and look up declawed cat art, save it and upload it to his forum, it's his. Even if I stole it and didn't get permission from the creator. I'm no lawyer, but no that's not how it works.

That flimsy agreement is not concrete. There's no confirmation from the people giving him the art, nothing to signed, no real deals made. He doesn't pay these people to use their artwork, and he doesn't even give the artists a proper shoutout for it. "If you post your picture on my website, then your shit is mine, dood! Thanks for the artwork, dummies! ACK ACK ACK ACK!"

Phil is just asking to be sued.

This stream was suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper pissy tonight. My favorite thing is that his mods were largely absent and only banned people who were saying actually bannable things (racist shit, "reeeeetard", etc). Infinite even joined in on the fun of laughing at Phil's excuses.

that's the kid who got a rolex from his mom for graduating college which he didn't like and was asking dave in a donation message if it would be wrong to sell it. p sure he did end up selling it since he's been cheering constantly and was on top cheer of the week a few times but now all that money is dried up.
