Many troons started off as angry incels with personal insecurities, the most obvious example being the baeddel subculture (+ the TIMs who reject the label but still embrace the misogyny) and that one egg subreddit. Hell, a number come out after accusations of assault and abuse as a way to redirect anger and victimize themselves.

Though I don't think he would make the jump to Awesome Trans Gal immediately. Probably as 'agender' or something first since that requires no effort on his part.

You'd think that in the circles he frequents it wouldn't be too hard to get laid as long as you keep your standards low enough, especially if you're willing to go prison bisexual. I don't know how physically repulsive you'd have to be to go to a SJW convention and not manage to get it on with a non-passing troon or a hamplanet if your goal is to get laid by any means necessary.
