If I ever had that operation I would 100% do a flip. I don't know how anyone could feign optimism for a transgender surgery after seeing such a thing. Imagine trying to fuck it... Imagine the smell.

WEW LAD. I open these reflexively and I should really start to think before I do that.

Sometimes my autism flares up when people refer to a neovag as an "open wound" since ideally it's a bunch of surgically closed wounds which eventually heal shut. But this...is two open wounds, at least. Would bacitracin even do the job here? Should he just sit in a bathtub of chlorhexidine until the ambulance arrives?

It is immoral for a surgeon or anyone to tell people its possible to create a vagina for them. Anybody stupid or autistic enough to believe that should by definition not be considered mentally competent to give informed consent.

Also, there are literal torture methods that seem more appealing than 'dilating' that open wound, on a stingy supply of pain meds to boot.

I am curious about how medical malpractice laws would apply here.
Have there been lawsuits from women who got giant breast implants that later realized it sucked? Or you hear about doctors not wanting to do sterilizations because they're worried about lawsuits, but does that actually happen?
