I just Googled Nick's real name to see if there were any news stories, not really hoping for much. He has two Facebook profiles, one dating back to 2009 and then apparently abandoned, one that he's used much more recently. The older one has a profile pic of him clean-shaven, with a tinfoil hat on, and the newer one has a profile pic of him with long hair and a beard, with artwork posted publicly on January 9. @Ancani - you should probably make Maddi aware that it's pretty easy to figure out her full real name from her comments to the older one. It may still be possible to delete those if she wants.

If Nick was to be arrested, it wouldn't be in the papers until he was arrested and indicted.

UPDATE: Now Nick is more concerned about berry trees in a game than possibly going to prison

What would he get out of doing that though? I'm pretty sure he already knows that people here think he's disgusting and wouldn't mind (or actively cheer) him going to prison. What could he gain then?

And thus, the Jailtime Saga begins. Our lulz will soon run short as each of the lolcows we follow so dearly get arrested one by one, forcing us to either desperately search for new avenues for lulz, or to cannibalize one another for the nutritious entertainment. The Age of Lolcows will eventually crash to a halt, leading onwards to the Age of Destruction, where our lolcow-following ways will begin to die out and be replaced with other hobbies and pastimes.


And now that I got all of that stupidity of my system, let me take things seriously and say that I'm glad that Nick is finally facing serious consequences for his depraved actions. I don't think Nick will get off scot free, though I've learned from other lolcows to expect the unexpected, so who knows what will happen next.
