She's been going bonkers? Has she been doing that thing asking invasive/leading questions like that captain america dude was?

That's basically all of them ever do.

She's been on a tirade recently trying to claim that Ty never "proved" what defamation took place, and that he's wrong about the definition of defamation. 🙄

All the typical troll-bait nonsense

See, this is why I blame kickvic for part of the illusion that the lawsuit is further along than it is. They keep trying to pull these 'gotchas' about how Vic and Ty have or haven't proven things while ignoring the fact that neither judge nor jury has so much as seen the claims, much less ruled on anything, and no one has been required to prove anything, because the lawsuit has barely started. Even if you don't believe their take, you still get the impression that 'well, nothing has changed, people have made their decisions and the damage is done'.

I say as long as Skye and the others feel the need to keep tweeting #stillfired, the damage isn't done. Otherwise they wouldn't need to peacock and keep repeating their same tired arguments.

Not to mention that majority of KickVic people are idiots... and complete jerks. Obviously.

That is, in part, because of the work Douchette and the Lawl Squad are doing to rile up KV.

They keep being fed absolute law-school bullshit, as Nick said "They're approaching this as a case study from law school". In that they're dictating the outcome and they're analyzing it based on their pre-determined expectations, which is stupid because the case has barely even started.

So you have the law twitter circle-jerk, and parties involved are heavily influenced by the defense to skew public opinion, and you have KV taking every misreading by T-dunce as biblical scripture.

Meanwhile, Law Twitter doesn't have to be right in their predictions, because it's just a game to them. It's just a hypothetical law study, and the laypeople don't understand that. Law Twitter is just being reckless and Greg is egging it all on because he's got a vested interest because of Lemoine and Pridemore.

So at the end of the day, the only people that are going to be left holding an L are KickVic, and they've already been programmed to substitute reality with their own, so they won't even understand when it's all said and done.

Not only that their predictions aren't that great and giving KickVic more gasoline but make the fire bigger on their end. They don't care about people that are actual survivors of anything that are harmful to the said actual survivor. Like the SJWs and the ANTIFA, they literally care about nobody. Not even a single person. They want somebody like Vic to die because he doesn't follow their agendas and ideals. That's it.

It's not even good law school bullshit. They don't even know what defamation is and the Twitter lawyers who do know deliberately let people get it wrong because they're essentially liars.

They will let nonsense like "it isn't defamatory to call someone a pedophile" slide, or even say it themselves, and pretend not to understand the difference between false defamatory statements and defamatory statements that are not actionable because they are true.

Which source specifically says Toei hand-picked Vic as Broly's VA?
That will take a bit of time to dig up. It was mentioned on this very thread multiple times and I believe sources were posted. I'll take a few days to read back and check it out because just looking on google is providing nothing.

After looking a bit just now, I'm not wondering if I simply heard it here (cause seriously, I don't trust anywhere else for info) and it became 'truth' for me. Either way, i'll look into it.

Edit
Okay so it's a bit of column A, Column B, and the new guest star Column C. So there's not direct source on this. No news article, nothing... what we do have is interesting and equally credible though.

I haven't tracked them down but apparently Nick and Ty mentioned Toei being unhappy with the vic situation... but unhappy with vic. So they're the main source... but a second source popped up. Vic himself.

Here's the video I found: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b_U4rxKCW8E&t=1s

So yeah. There we go... our sources are Vic, Nick, and Ty. Certainly, under normal circumstances, not trustworthy because they benefit... but something occurred to make this believable if not true. Ryo pulled out of Kamehacon. That part was absolutely true and it was extremely sudden and had no reason beyond he had to.

So yeah. Maybe there is no concrete source that this is true... but a lot of circumstances point to it being more truth than lie.

We've been over this topic many times. Unfortunately the thread is absolutely huge now so it'd be impossible to tell you exactly which page to look for it. Maybe we need a summary of the thread or something to redirect people to when they have questions that were already asked. I think there was a Google doc that was made for that actually, now that I think about it. Can any other kiwis confirm or redirect to it.

Anyway, jist of it, apparently it wasn't vic alone that Toei handpicked. If I remember correctly, this came from an interview with sonny strait (voice of krillin in db and usopp in one piece) where he stated that Toei had a hand in the casting of certain VAs because they had certain voices in mind for their characters. I believe Vic was one for broly and sonny was another (I'm unsure if it was for krillin or usopp). I don't remember any other VAs he may have mentioned

The thing that I've learned watching Law Twitter spin in circles, is that they don't explain the point that they're trying to make. They have an idea of what they're arguing, they just keep it secret and they keep changing it.

Meanwhile, they're always winking at one-another and giving high-fives cause they all know what the other is doing. The idea is to support the Law Twit no matter what point they're making, because the outsider is always wrong.

Then once they've gotten engagement, they drop troll-bait to try and lead into a side argument that's the point that they've been arguing but have kept hidden, and then dunk on people when they finally get the argument they want.

I've seen people call them out on their shit and refuse to be baited, and all the do is bitch-up and call them a nazi then scuttle off to their hugbox.

Hey... Its that GoogleLinx person who is going bonkers in one of my threads on Twitter. Thought it was a rando, seems like she's a constant comment maker in this?

She tweets and deletes and changes her account name. Last month she was @carrierofpigeon. Don't let her low tweet count fool you. She tweets a lot, but they disappear quickly.

She has also gone by GoogleLynx in addition to GoogleLinx

Since no one else posted it and not everyone follows her on Twitter, here's another story that @EriMin posted earlier.

I don't know if the guest in this story is Vic, but even if it isn't, it kind of shows how badly rumors tend to fly around the convention scene and how quickly they're picked up and repeated. Is this something that you think happens to a lot of Voice Actors, because Stan Dahlin also had a story (link) where he talked about someone making a false rape allegation against Greg Ayres, and I can't image anyone just doing that out of the blue unless they'd heard something.

Just reinforces my idea that civilization is a thin vaneer that can be scratched away with a finger nail to reveal the horrible rot underneath.

Law Twitter is simply supplying the narrative the other side wants. They don't have the facts because I am sure the farms would get the facts first and get them right.

I look forward to the day the Threadnaught Burns. So much concentrated smugness.

Is this a troon or yet another ugly ass actual woman?

Some mysteries are best left unsolved sir.

I had a thought, I wonder how many of them are playing double agent as well, like getting on their good side to get info to pass off to Nick and Ty, like with Nick saying if Monica were find out who his sources where she'd pretty much breakdown and cry
Atleast one of them, according to Nick.

That's a really longwinded way to say that someone has mental health issues and are clearly a sociopath. If we spend any more time analyzing their behavior, I'm afraid a few thousand of my braincells would cease living.
Some of us are here for the explicit purpose of analysing the behaviour of the mentally ill. Do you guys know how much research I get done here? I have archives of everything a mentally ill person has said of note, anything relating to their life situation and other peoples opinions on their behaviour. Very good tool to keep up with.
God bless the Farms man. I hope my favourite place to analyse the ill never disappears.

I got into a twitter spat with Lawtwatter against my better judgement once, and it was exactly this. Derailing until they get you into a corner where they can give you citations and hope you're overwhelmed because you're a layperson. This was Akiva and one of the gay brothers Park in question. They cited some case vaguely related but not exclusively defamation and one involving privilege and claimed it said "the burden never shifts from the plaintiff". This alarmed me so I looked into it. Would you guess that it didn't say that in the slightest? I'm sure people like @AnOminous realise this, but they expect the layperson to glass over their eyes and accept their bullshit. Case in question was Lane v Pharres from the top of my head.

Shit, quick edit because I pinged him. Did you get the invite? Nick would love for you to be on his show and asked some people to send you an invite. Making sure that happened. Think you'd be great on the show.

I love it. That was a fantastic case for the law Twits to cite. Ty only has to do exactly what he said he has to do.

Concerning one of the Park brothers, I took pictures of him trying to convince someone that enthusiastic consent laws existed in Texas. The person was able to demonstrate otherwise, at which point he tried to suggest the same of Colorado. The person was able to demonstrate otherwise, at which point he tried to suggest the same of New York-- the person was still able to demonstrate otherwise. When it came to Texas, he quoted a segment of the statute but concealed how consent was defined or something of the sort-- definitely concealed what was deemed sexual assault.

I can attest to these guys trying to swing their J.D. around to cow people into agreeing with them, and if this is how they cite case law, then I doubt their lawyer abilities for sure. This is part of what makes the Threadnaught spreadsheet absolutely worthless-- it can't account for how poorly they interpret statutes and case law.

Probably because it's not supposed to.

You see that "clear and specific evidence" there? The Supreme Court has defined that. It doesn't mean beyond a reasonable doubt. It means to lay out a set of facts that reasonably confirm your claim. This is what all of these lawtwitter idiots are missing or willfully misleading people of. It's not a higher standard. Ty has to give a fact pattern that confirms his claim. He doesn't have to DEFINITIVELY prove anything (Akiva and the parks tried to deceive me on this matter as well). Yet they cite this shit expecting nobody to pick up on their blatant bullshittery.

Mom told them they were unique snowflakes whose every utterance mattered, then rewarded all their tantrums and bad behavior and pumped them full of psychoactive drugs because they were enlightened parents.

Then schools handed them all participation trophies and said that their personal truth was the only truth and no one had the right to say otherwise.

One did not have to be Nostradamus to predict the outcome.

Sad thing is... think about how fucking hard they'll fight, tooth and nail, against changing this system. Try and raise your kids not to belief they're special snowflakes? A bunch of stunted snowflakes working for CPS will come for you. Demand schools stop handing out trophies? HOW DARE YOU HARM THEIR LITTLE EGOS?!

We have a long 20-30 years ahead of us.

It's sad how hard these people will push their agenda. This is what happens whrn you focus on convience over discipline. People will refuse to change or do things for others if it means harming themselves. It's more convinient to be bull headed than to to realize you're wrong I guess.
