I read it but previously in jmk stream, it was stated repeatedly he was doxed by Spectre on kiwifarms but I could not find his thread.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't have his *own* dedicated thread, but I swear on me mum I've seen his dox posted in a thread somewhere in the Weeb Wars section in the last few weeks that was pulled from else where from him being a fucking pissant on some other subject. I'll have to see if I can find it.

I love it. ColossalCon is actively tied to Anthony Cappobianco of Tokyo Attack and the Bemani rhythm game gender freaks.

To be fair, Tokyo Attack is basically the only game in town when it comes to convention arcades in the region. So literally every convention in like three or four states is actively tied to Tokyo Attack. There is one other arcade runner, I think it’s called Akihabara Arcade, but they don’t have the number of machines to supply a convention by themselves so for cons in the area it’s Tokyo Attack or nothing.

Side note: I do get the feeling that conventions may be a little bit incestuous in who they hire. I wonder if there could potentially be some kind of anti-trust or other litigation able to be brought by someone trying to break into the industry outside the established circles. Because I have gotten the feeling watching some of these people that there is a lot of “or else” going on with how cons are run behind the scenes.

Seems to stem from issues involving @Spectre_06 and I think @KEK7go . Probably because they are connected to nick and he wanted to debate where there was a large audience. Angry they did not help him get on. Honestly it seems like he is lashing out, which is why I am hoping he will give a response to what spectre posted.

His only issue with me is my voracious lust for penis and that I do not think doxxing is encouraged in Nick's server.

What's the lore on this JMK guy exactly? I only know him from his spergout tweets at Nik demanding to go on his stream.

I'm not really aware of him, but if you search for John Kelly on the Farms he comes up a fair bit. There are plenty of posts calling him a sperg or a even a cow, but he seems so unimportant that no one ever cared to make a thread for him.

He was apparently involved in GG to some degree. He wrote a medium article about Allison Rapp (archive) in February 2016. There was a KF post (link) around the same time where someone linked a video where he was debating about it. The poster claims that John Kelly gets dismantled, but I'm not going to waste time trying to verify that.

There's a post (link) from earlier this year in Ralph's thread talking about John Kelly being back, this time as an unironic white nationalist that hangs out with Zoom. Another post from the same poster around the same time (link) links to another YouTube stream where he's giving some huge monolog about religion. My brain gave up after twenty seconds.

Same poster (@Fougaro so perhaps he could share some lore) has a 2017 post (link) that links to this sound cloud recording of another stream (link).

Here's some other video where he supposedly breaks down and spergs out. The description says it happens around 28 minutes, so I've timestamped it. While looking at other stuff and listening to it in the background, he starts crying about 32 minutes in.

@JosephTX was looking into him in a post (link) from couple of weeks back (apparently around the time he was trying to get on Racket's stream) in Nick's thread. He links to an archive of an 8chan post that has his dox, but I've no idea if it's still current.

Someone actually did make an ironic thread about him (link) but since he's so unimportant, it only got one other post in it. I don't know if he deserves a thread or not. He's an unimportant nobody, but he seems to keep popping over the years so maybe he'll eventually qualify for some kind of lifetime achievement award.

I am curious because Nick has sources on the other side giving him info. I was curious on that evidence gets put into the trial.

Discovery is just a legal process to extract relevant information out of people about pending litigation, and it certainly cuts both ways. Vic's deposition was a part of discovery, but there were also document requests, which Vic complied with, and we know he did because opposing council pissed and moaned about how unsatisfied with the labeling he was. (Do your own job, faggit, drowning you in documents is cheap legal, government and media prank #1. It's like telling the new guy to go get the blinker fluid.) Opposoing council has also refused to turn over information requested by BHBH, because they are faggots, so if the TCPA is overcome then you are going to start seeing orders to compel the turnover of information against the defendants because, so far, they have weaseled out.

But Nick Rakieta is not involved with the case, so he isn't conducting discovery. He's just a guy who people allegedly are giving information to which will be passed on to the relevant parties. That evidence might be used at trial, and it might not. It depends on what comes up. Now the faggot opposing council threatened to make a motion to motion to allege the desire to want to motion to conduct discovery on Nick Rakieta, but that was just a faggot stunt for faggots to try to intimidate Rekieta. That did not appear to work. It was never filed, and who the fuck motions to motion? If they want the information, go find the primary source.

Depending on the suit, discovery can be mostly one side, 50/50, or somewhere in-between. It depends on who has what evidence and what gets asked for. I believe that a 3rd party (such as Nick) in possession of evidence can provide the evidence, but isn't required to unless there's a subpoena involved. Now, in this situation, Nick would be considered a journalist, so he would have the protection of shield laws if he so desired; he's also out-of-state, so he can make it even more difficult if he feels like it. So basically, whatever Nick has in possession could either easily be included in discovery, or he could fight it and make it difficult to be included.
