A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

From the article: "Brian Minty, who founded the team four years ago, says: "She's going to be a good, good player for the next few years, as long as we can stop her injuring players in training...She folded a girl like a deckchair during a game, which was quite funny, but they're still friends."
This will result in serious injuries or death. There are strict rules about school rugby in order to make sure pre pubescent boys aren’t playing against and injured by bigger kids. People are insisting on that and in the same breath allowing HUGE men to play against women. It’s a recipe for disaster. Somebody is going to get killed.

This was a story in The Times, but it's paywalled so here's the DM version.

Bristol University PhD student, 29, says 'bullying' she experienced from a transgender activist has left her feeling unsafe on campus and could cost her a visa

Bristol University PhD student, 29, says 'bullying' she experienced from a transgender activist has left her feeling unsafe on campus and could cost her a visa
  • Raquel Rosario-Sanchez, 29, said the abuse began soon after starting her PhD
  • Rosario-Sanchez made a formal complaint against the transgender activist
  • The abuse escalated from there and she had eggs and milkshakes thrown at her
A Bristol University PhD student has claimed bullying she experienced from a transgender activist has left her feeling unsafe on campus, and could even cost her a visa.
The abuse started just two months after Raquel Rosario-Sanchez, from the Dominican Republic, started her PhD at Bristol University, after she agreed to chair a meeting of the Woman's Place UK group.
The 29-year-old made a complaint to the university against the transgender student, and formal disciplinary proceedings were launched.
The bullying escalated from there, as she had eggs and milkshakes thrown at her, was called 'heinous scum' and had a series of protests organised against her.
She told The Sunday Times: 'I no longer feel safe on campus. Most people who are subject to abuse by trans activists stay silent because if you file a complaint you undergo the campaign of threats I have experienced.'

The university took a year to investigate the allegations, but no disciplinary action was taken.
Rosario-Sanchez said the bullying has caused her to fall behind in her PhD and she has missed her progress review, so she can no longer receive funding from the Dominican Republic.
She now faces losing her visa, or taking out a large loan to fund the rest of her studies.
The University of Bristol said: 'We believe that every effort has been made to support Ms Rosario-Sanchez.
'Matters relating to individual disciplinary cases are confidential, therefore we are unable to make further comment.'
It comes amid unrest from academics who fear silencing of freedom of speech by students claiming they are transphobic.
Rosario-Sanchez's PhD supervisor, Dr Emma Williamson, the head of the university's Centre for Gender and Violence Research: 'As members of staff, we cannot advise students to have confidence in the university's complaints procedures if they do not deal with complaints in a timely, safe, transparent and fair way.
'I do not know what I can say to a student in future who is making a complaint about being bullied and who is fearful of their safety.'

But...but...everyone knows that transpeople are brave and stunning victims of terfism. Obviously, the person who was bullied is a Nazi and a fascist and transphobic for wanting to hold a Women's Place meeting on campus.

If it weren't for the fact that literally millions of transwomen are literally killed literally every day they would have cured cancer and invented a perpetual motion machine by now.

Women- you should be welcoming your troon overlords, not conspiring to hold meetings that deny their humanity.

The student in question is an FTM named Nic Shall, infamous for being one of the troupe of troons that crashed a radfem meeting in Bristol about a year ago. Little Nic, who is positively dwarfed by all the dudes in dresses she’s hanging with, is caught on camera screeching, “'I'm not she, you fucking cunt! My pronouns are they!” :story:

Apparently she’s a real nut job, even beyond the Jam Jar meeting. UBristol, being the upstanding institution it is, didn’t even bother to interview Shall about the incident, perhaps because Shall got a crowd-funded barrister while Rosario-Sanchez was told by Bristol she didn’t need a legal rep. Rosario-Sanchez’s advisor wrote a more detailed piece on the case here.

ETA Here’s an article on Nic Shall harassing people at a yellow vest protest and getting charged with destruction of property. And another one when her and a colleague gave molly to two of their adult students. They both were working for a charity that aided vulnerable kids and young adults, including recovering addicts. Further evidence she’s a bit unhinged.

Full text of the times article:

“A Bristol University postgraduate student who made a complaint of bullying against a transgender student has faced a barrage of abuse and even “masked protesters” when she attended disciplinary hearings.

Raquel Rosario-Sanchez, 29, a PhD student from the Dominican Republic, complained to the university about being bullied by a trans student 18 months ago.

The harassment started two months after she arrived to begin her PhD at the university’s Centre for Gender and Violence Research, when she agreed to chair a meeting for the Woman’s Place UK group on campus, she said.

It escalated after formal disciplinary proceedings were launched by the university against the transgender student following Rosario-Sanchez’s complaint. Activists organised a series of protests, urging followers to give the PhD student “hell”.

Rosario-Sanchez said she had been threatened with violence and told she would have eggs and milkshakes thrown at her. She has also been called “heinous scum”.

“I no longer feel safe on campus. Most people who are subject to abuse by trans activists stay silent because if you file a complaint you undergo the campaign of threats I have experienced,” she said.

The university took more than a year to investigate. No disciplinary action was taken.

Last week The Sunday Times reported that around a dozen academics at universities including Oxford and Reading fear a silencing of their freedom of speech by students complaining they are transphobic.

Rosario-Sanchez’s PhD supervisor, Dr Emma Williamson, the head of the university’s Centre for Gender and Violence Research, said: “As members of staff, we cannot advise students to have confidence in the university’s complaints procedures if they do not deal with complaints in a timely, safe, transparent and fair way. I do not know what I can say to a student in future who is making a complaint about being bullied and who is fearful of their safety.”

Rosario-Sanchez says she has fallen behind in her PhD and missed her progress review because she was so stressed, which means she has missed the academic requirements to receive funding from the Dominican Republic. Without a scholarship she expects to either lose her visa or be forced to take out a large loan to pay for her studies. She said: “It took tremendous effort from all my family to help me get here. I remember being with my mum, so full of hope about coming to the UK to study. Someone stole my future and the university let them.”

The University of Bristol said: “We believe that every effort has been made to support Ms Rosario-Sanchez. Matters relating to individual disciplinary cases are confidential, therefore we are unable to make further comment.”

I have a question, about this new term that's being used in mainstream news articles about trannies procreating with their frozen loads:

Just before her transition, McGinn had her sperm frozen so she could eventually have her own biological children. It was a pioneering idea, and it worked. Nine years ago, her partner gave birth to twins, and McGinn was able to breastfeed them since she had developed enough breast tissue by that point (having the inside medical knowledge didn’t hurt). After she and her partner split up, McGinn had a third child through a donated egg and a gestational carrier.

Is "gestational carrier" the new term for what used to be called a "surrogate mother"? (Goddamn what a fucking objectifying term.)

Yes and it's fucked. Now those women don't even get to be mothers, but a crazy person with domperidone-induced nipple leakage does.

Yeah it was offending the snowflake baby-buyers to hear these poor women even referred to as mothers. "WAAAH she's no mother, she's just the place where my baby stayed for 9 months! I am the true and honest real mother, look, the government of my pathetic nation let me falsify documents to say as much!"

Yes it is.

And the father didn’t breastfeed - he had artificial lactation induced a tiny amount with a cocktail of drugs. This doesn’t produce nowhere near enough milk to feed a baby and the drug are also in the milk. The safety and needs of the baby are secondary to the fetish of the father.
