So... I just got something else from my source which I thought people would find interesting. What I was sent is incomplete and doesn't include the email that prompted this response. This opening email was excluded because I wasn't given permission to release it..

The remark about the forums (I'm assuming that they're talking about the former CWCki forums) is interesting too.

The identity of the recipient was left in, so I redacted it. I can't reveal the author of the email (for obvious reasons) but I can attest to its legitimacy.

Hey [REDACTED],
I saw that video and absolutely agree 100% that Chris was unjustified in his actions. I would have supported the employee whipping his ass to be honest. I think Chris needs to go to jail, he has never been held accountable for his actions. Destruction of property, assault, etc are serious stuff. He needs counseling and professional services that I think without incarceration he will never receive.

I'm glad that the Cwiki is no longer what it was in its incarnation, he was using it as an excuse for his behavior, and now can't use it as a fallback on to his issues.

I really have little defense for Christian for what hes been doing, but I hope he can come out a better person.

Does anyone close to him actually know how he's reacting to the very serious court date looming about? I feel like given the right amount of preparation he can get off with just some probation. On the otherhand if he goes in there all indignant, he'll most certainly have the book thrown out at him. Has he even met with his DA? Does he even know what he'll plead? I swear that DA is in for a shock if the first time he meets Chris is five minutes before the trial.

As long as that probation includes a psychological evaluation and court-mandated psychological counseling (an anger management class wouldn't be a bad idea either) then I agree. Otherwise, unless Chris faces some sort of meaningful consequences for his bad behavior, then it's likely to escalate (which could be bad for everyone involved).

Probably, but it is likely that it makes him uncomfortable to think about so he's pretending it doesn't exist until then.

My theory is that Chris has backflipped enough in his mind that he believes he is fully in the right about all of this and he is completely innocent of any wrong-doing, and he's totally believing that the judge is going to believe him to because he is true and honest and a cartoon animal is at fault for him trespassing and spraying some dude with mace. The court hearing is but one small thing for him to do, then he can go back to begging for Legos on Facebook and demanding people buy his medallions.

I don't follow this logic. I'm assuming he's referring to this website recently broadening its scope (i.e changing its name from CWCki forums to kiwi farms). Most of ED's articles weren't about Chris, but the fact that a few were was enough for Chris to use that website as an excuse for his behavior. As long as our message board has Chris-related forums this is enough for him to use us as an excuse for whatever shit he does.

This is mostly the situation, but I don't think he's 100% confident of his situation. He's not bothering to worry about it too much, but I think it has affected his behavior. For example, like how he sent that glitter bomb letter anonymously. (Or perhaps that's unrelated and Chris is just unintentionally miming terrorist behavior he's seen on TV.)

Also, the cwcki itself is the focus of his ire. The forums are just a related irritant.

Even if Chris *was* incarcerated for his crimes, I really doubt he'll receive any counselling other than the basic bare bones 'hey lets make sure this guy isn't a schizo' counselling that the already overwhelmed prison system has to offer.

I agree prison would be a little inhuman for Chris, he's only gonna get subjugated to all the horrors of prison by being the weakest one in there. I say they should just put him on one of scared straight TV shows. Then make SURE to put it on the internet. I can only just imagine that.

That way he doesn't get hurt, but receives the much needed humbling humiliation he needs to think twice about his future actions.

Jail, not prison. He'll go to a county correctional facility with other recidivists who've committed minor crimes. He'll be fine.

I agree that he wouldn't be sent to prison, but even at the jail level, the system is overwhelmed to the point where mental health services will just look at him and say 'I've got X amount of schizos, Y amount of drug addicts going through detox, and Z amount of suicidal people here, a sperging autist isn't exactly at the top of my list', you know?

This is basically how I see it going, if he gets sent at all. It'll be unpleasant for him, but he isn't in for the literal assrape that some people seem to think he is.

Not to a-log, but it's worth mentioning that he isn't some innocent victim who would be going to jail on false charges. He did mace someone, and didn't he threaten someone else with mace just a few days later?
