It's a /leftypol/ meme. A certain subset of posters on /leftypol/ completely rejected the old-fashioned idea of political memes and instead opted to create a new class of memes that functioned as the political equivalent of Zen koans: they contained explicitly contradictory messages that were intended to break the viewer out of any internet-induced conditioning and encourage them to think for themselves. IMHO they're a hell of a lot funnier than any earnest memes from the left or right.I don't get it.
this is why this thread existswords words words

The "socialism at home" meme was almost funny. The rest are terrible. Is this supposed to be a thread about memes or political cartoons? I gather it’s the former, so stop posting political cartoons you fucking boomers.
If I wanted to see a boomer dick measuring contest over who is the most autisti.c I would make a fucking Facebook account.
Why is /leftypol/ so pathetic? At least /pol/'s memes are funny. It's a /leftypol/ meme. The Obama hospital one made me chuckleThe "socialism at home" meme was almost funny. The rest are terrible.
I wish we had a boomer rating
I was going to snark about how it was unnecessary to explain that it's a parody of a real beer that most Americans have seen or at least heard about, but then I remembered that the faggots who make garbage like this only like to sip hipster craft beers that are made locally from dolphin-safe waters and gmo-free grain that was picked by an illegal alien.
it's actually like a zen koan meant to shatter the left-right dichotomy and get you to see the real truth about how socialism is the only moral stance one could actually ever take regardless of historical precedentI was going to snark about how it was unnecessary to explain that it's a parody of a real beer that most Americans have seen or at least heard about
So it was made by people who like to huff their own farts and think they're so deep because they have a few quotes by Nietzsche tacked to their fridge.it's actually like a zen koan meant to shatter the left-right dichotomy and get you to see the real truth about how socialism is the only moral stance one could actually ever take regardless of historical precedent
