It's a /leftypol/ meme. A certain subset of posters on /leftypol/ completely rejected the old-fashioned idea of political memes and instead opted to create a new class of memes that functioned as the political equivalent of Zen koans: they contained explicitly contradictory messages that were intended to break the viewer out of any internet-induced conditioning and encourage them to think for themselves. IMHO they're a hell of a lot funnier than any earnest memes from the left or right.

I was going to snark about how it was unnecessary to explain that it's a parody of a real beer that most Americans have seen or at least heard about, but then I remembered that the faggots who make garbage like this only like to sip hipster craft beers that are made locally from dolphin-safe waters and gmo-free grain that was picked by an illegal alien.
