I think the first half of the video was decisive, diplomatic and powerful, where he really showed every hole with these people and pretty much proved that all the pedo allegations are complete nonsense.

The last fourth or so is extremely weak, when he starts complaining about internet bullying. By all means, I understand why he feels this way and I agree that he was treated unfairly, but when he tries to make some sort of grandstanding moral episode about it all, it becomes way too preachy and makes him seem like a self-righteous dork instead.

I already knew the pedo allegations were nonsense since I frequent this thread, and I believe Jared entirely when he says that stuff didn't happen. However, I haven't come out of this ordeal liking or even really caring about Jared. He still seems like a massive idiot, and a lot of what went wrong for him was entirely his own fault.

Prop to him, the video was rock solid. He didn't dodge a single element, even the pedo accusations and he did it in a good way. Probably the best response of the genre I've seen in a while. He should have let the beard grow even more, for a more "punished" aspect.

I'd like to insist on the balls it takes to adress the shit he did in the video, in front of a large part of the audience that already want to see you burn.

I will say he is 100% right at around 34:30, when he talks about the drama channels.

Don't get me wrong, Jared is still slimy. The things he did is still retarded and bad in their own right, even under the guidance of others, he probably should have made smarter decisions. But, I do at least respect the way he went about this. As everyone knows, the other two cunts and the morons who got involved with this are beyond redemption themselves, so it's kind of funny to watch someone who arguably got the worst of the situation dish out a dunking on everyone else.

I feel for Jared because he got more shit then he deserved, but it's largely his fault or came as a result of decisions he made. Decisions like opening the nude tumblr, being a disgusting cuck, telling Heidi he wanted divorce days before he had the papers ready, telling his fans small parts of the truth to make himself look better, publishing the divorce on his Twitter and and his terrible responses to the allegations it's hard to feel bad for him.

Honestly the whole Mumkey Jones shit has really opened my eyes to how being a "rockstar" or "creator" or "head of __" influences people and why you never sleep with or interact with fans in that way--I always kind of saw it as like, "Well these people know, whatever, it's not that big of a deal." But the shit with Mumkey made me see it differently because in one stream he says something like "Youre just jealous that Im reaping the benefits of my internet fame!" Mumkey is said to have only slept with 3 women and all off them were his fans first; in every relationship, he allegedly treated them like shit, made them buy him shit, dogged on them, and cheated on every one he could.

Of those three, the first one was the only one to dump him and move on. Sheepover and even Liu were willing to take him back and try to let it go because he was Mumkey Jones: the funny anti-incel internet guy. They may have said Tyler, but that shit wasnt it. It's lying to yourself about how much of a dick he had been to you. In the case of Sheepover, it wasnt even like Mumkey was a great catch or anything, she paid for all of his shit, and weve seen his nudes and he's pretty average in all departments. I dont know about Liu but I assume it was a similar situation. There are a million extra dicks out there, in the case for staying with someone who is a dick: people do stupid shit when theyre lonely or are afraid of being alone, but they regret it. The bold who take it for granted and overindulge come to regret it too.

Sometimes that shit passes, it's never so black and white; but in the grey area, you can kind of see how it's fucked up.
