Monica Rial / Monica Jean Rial / Rialisms & Ron Toye / Ronald Toye III / rontoye3 - 5th Bulma and Ron "Pick Up the Phone or You'll Find Your Dog Dead When You Get Home" Toye

Holy shit, this took a sharp turn. I mean, the stereotype is there, but it's still a fucking loop on this litigious rollercoaster.
The other thing is this bit of the story isn't over nick just released a small part of the case and he will go through it throughout the week. Part of the reason nick is doing it that way is because it increases the impact of the revelation both on Ron and other defendents and on the "narrative surrounding the case". Nick's streams are going to be torture to Ron in the coming days

Not only is smart from a superchat/viewer count angle, but people have limited attention spans and doling out the information makes people remember it more per day, and hypes them up.

Now that's unfortunate.

Nice highlight section of Toye's deposition to re-watch. Summary:

"Have you been arrested before or convicted of any crimes?" - once when young for a bounced check

"Have you engaged in any other prior lawsuits?" - sued an apartment owner for black mold, settled.

2:09:29 "Have you been married before?" - yes, only mentioned his second divorce, looked anxious as fuck and started blinking a ton.

2:09:53 "Do you have any history of drug or alcohol abuse" - seems very relieved that follow-up questions weren't asked, answered with a fast "no" before they even finished asking the question.
