Monica Rial / Monica Jean Rial / Rialisms & Ron Toye / Ronald Toye III / rontoye3 - 5th Bulma and Ron "Pick Up the Phone or You'll Find Your Dog Dead When You Get Home" Toye

Besides the fact that he threatened a judge and his family. There is a personal element to law that sometimes doesn't get talked about and this might have a huge impact in such a manner

A judge could without being reasonably accused of an appearance of bias find that such behavior demonstrated a general disregard for the law that forms part of this man's low character, and it might reasonably enter into a decision on whether to grant the benefit of the doubt to his good faith in filing frivolous legal pleadings through counsel or otherwise.

This is a man who threatens to murder the judge if a legal case doesn't go his way. Is such a man of good character? Is such a man likely to disobey laws and court rules in general, like just blowing off discovery obligations? Should he be given the benefit of the doubt or is his behavior more likely to be sanctionably contumacious?

So the Vic situation is actually one of the weird cases that Rekieta deals with? Rekieta's... an interesting lawyer.
If you have ever dealt with the CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM you'll find out that a lot of the shit people commit crimes over is really fucking goofy. To a certain degree florida man is a specimen that can be found in every state

This is 100% true and since other judges check judges work they are likely to have similar opinions

Found in the wilds of twitter
You know everything in this case seems to come down and be based upon twitter
also this new document might get us new depositions and one of the questions asked of monica will be about her dental work

Florida Man can indeed be found in every state; Florida just has "Sunshine Laws" that get a lot more of the crazy in the hands of national news outlets.

Man you have to be some kind of fucking really special retard to even think of threatening a judge and his family. I really want this shit to get introduced into the lawsuit and be a fly on Judge chupp wall as hes reading about it.

He looks a lot older than 31 though, View attachment 910534

It's wrong, though, he was born in 1983. March 13 if he's telling the truth. I'm not sure what those Social Security results are, but often sites like that just base their results on the first 5 digits, and whether those blocks of 4 have actually been used, not whether the specific SSN in question has been.

There are a number of reasons your results might have incorrect results for where it was issued or when it was issued.

And it's possible his SSN was issued some time after he was born. It's more common for older people but certainly happens to this day.

Boy does this raise some questions about how the twins came to provide evidence for Mon and Ron.

It does raise some questions considering Ron Toye has a history of threatening people involved in litigation with him with extreme acts of physical violence to try to influence those court proceedings.

Ron "cancel the con or I'll beat up MonMon" Toye III.
Ron "if you don't kick Vic, she gets the stick" Toye III.
Ron "do the tort, or she'll be mort" Toye III.
Ron "be nice to me Chupp, or I'll fuck you up" Toye III.

EDIT: OK I think I'm done.
Ron 'if the judge doesn't aquit, his family will be split' Toye
Ron 'If the ruling isn't appealed, I'll make their family squeal' Toye.

Ah I see well apparently you can look up his criminal background history if you pay 3 bucks. you have to register on a texas website and then pay 3 bucks but that would be interesting. Not touching that one though, requires a card which leaves a plastic trail

I already looked him up through the State Government months ago there's nothing on him.

There's nothing in Dallas or Tarrant County's systems on him either

How do these little rats not get criminal charges?
