Ninjakilla has been to a tourney and got first, it was him against Forever King and he shows a lot of promise. People have started to notice the only reason Sonicfox is only as good as the hype around him, it puts pressure onto the players that go up against him, but if they ignore the hype men, Sonic actually becomes predictable as long as his opponents show a lot of patience against his aggro-playstyle.

As far as I see, I think the voice actor for Haida in aggretsuko gets more attention than sonicfox here.
One's a pro FGC that wears a fursuit.
The other is actually the voice of a character who furries are thirsty about, on top of having his own suit, if I am not mistaken.
In other words: yeah, he's here, but the spotlight got stolen easy by someone who does things that more people can enjoy, really.

To be fair, it takes quite the exceptional person to dethrone yourself from a top 10-world fightan player in favor of being a furry. Let's imagine he gets applauded at the furcon and the ceremonies end; what then? Some selfies and autographs, then what? Remove his fightan fans and he's probably at the usual 3-6k followers as any other fursuiter whom people actually travel to meet. There's kind of a fine line when it comes to that sorta thing due to how tightly it's bound to relationships between other people and having a lot of it with a lot of people probably sounds foreign and scary to most. I don't do it myself but I don't really oppose it as long as the person can remain moral about it. Whether people can really do that, I donno or if they're trying to fill some hole in their heart. But if they really can then I wouldn't care much. Life's short anyways.
