The new series is apparently already considering bronies for parts of it demographic from the get-go.

Much like how Hasbro's other properties like Transformers has multiple different lines for different types of collectors and fans, so will ponies.

But will they be pandering toward the bronies like before or hop on the WOKE bandwagon like every other "kids cartoon" made this year?

It's more than likely going to be Brony Pandering, Hasbro got really burned from Star Wars as well as all the Woke Bullshit that went on with IDW that forced Hasbro to intervene so I don't think they'll do woke.

Turns out the end of Bronies for good is earlier than expected except for those autists that waits months for US releases for a preschoolers cartoon.

Actually it was probably the most consistant above average quality for a girl's cartoon outside of anime. Especially when you're competing with trash like Winx Club and Monster High.

Like a lot of media franchise fandoms which live and die based on how well the source media is doing, the fate of bronies depends on how well G5 is received. G4 made Hasbro assloads of money as cartoon spergs, memelords, and quirky girls latched onto it. Hasbro wants these adults with disposable income to buy more toys just like what happened with Transformers.

The bronies already left their mark. It was left in deep enough. Only time can tell when the next show comes. Either they'll come in, with a varied number of spergs that could try to make a convention or it'll fail to attract any sort of following save for maybe a small number of spergs that'll congregate only on maybe a discord server or something else.

One could say the tism dies hard but then again, most would lose interest in the show by the mid 2010s. All that was left now were some hanger-ons and CWC. The only surprising thing to it was Hasbro going on with the show and not axing it then for a new generation unless there were still individuals buying official merchandise.

Yeah, not gonna happen, one of the main reasons why bronies were a thing in the first place, its because the early 2010s were a different time, social media was still relatively young and the concept of adults latching onto kids shows was completely new, that's why bronies got a lot of media coverage back in the day, they were all over the news and social media, everyone wanted to be part of that trend, wanted the attention, wanted to feel special and unique, by being an adult liking a show meant for little girls

But even with all of that attention, bronies reached their peak in 2012 and went into life support in 2014, and by 2019 they are barely still active, Hasbro will try everything to make the brony phenomenon happen again, i can imagine every single episode of Gen 5 being nothing but 22 minutes of brony memes, but i don't se it getting as big as Gen 4 did, adults into children shows were totally unheard of in 2010, but now, it is almost normal, you can see everywhere, a bunch of 30 year olds crying in social media because the last episode of Voltron or Steven Universe destroyed them emotionally, adults who are into kids shows are no longer newsworthy, and even then, if the new show manages to get some popularity, at the very worst its going to be the Rick and Morty fandom again, loud and obnoxious for a couple of years, and then it will fall into irrelevancy like everything else
