Maybe not. They're the moving party. They already had their shot and filed hundreds of pages of absolute garbage, then hundreds more, with the stated intention of continuing to file garbage until the last day. This is the plaintiff's response to their own motion.

They can file something if they get it in before the actual hearing but the amount of attention the judge will pay it is limited and they're not necessarily entitled to file endless sur-replies to every single thing after already having had ample time, including repeatedly extended deadlines, to get their shit together. In fact, they almost certainly will file some nonsensical bullshit, maybe even the very day of the hearing which, if they do, should be stricken and thrown in the trash.

I'd say that would be pretty likely as they will then use the trashing as part of justification for appeal and of course, the twitter/social media/PR campaign claiming the evil Republican judge was acting on behalf of the patriarchy to o-press da' wimminz.

its beautiful isnt it. a sweet family at funimation 9 months ago, no problems no drama just a big happy family. anime fans flourishing at your events to get a picture taken with there role models.

and then 2 random lawyers show up percy and screech with 12 inch black strapons each to pound the tight anus of funimation. the VA'S of funimation are absolutely fuming because these nobody lawyers come out of nowhere digging up there secrets from there past, and there aint a thing they can do about it and its fucking glorious

tonight all hell is about to break loose, prepare gentleman there is going to be a catastrophic hurricane ahead for the other side and the defendants.

So far the only shows he’s been dropped from are Morose Mononokean (a Funi title) and Bungo Stray Dogs (licensed by Crunchyroll). The fact that Viz kept him on as Rohan is a good sign all things considered.

So JosephTX’s actions are getting some traction outside of us and the world of weebs. One interesting thing to note. He claims in the comments that Youtube would not let him post it with Vic’s last name in the title, thumbnail or tags! Can we assume our censorious overlords are playing games? Or is QuarterPounder just an idiot?

I don't mean to put a downer on all of this but Viz potentially may have only kept Mignogna on to complete his dubbing for Rohan either as a contractual obligation or because finding a replacement in time was not worth the cost.

I recommend keeping an eye out on DIU's home release. They very well could possibly find someone else by then and dub over his lines like Sabat did with Burter in Dragon Ball Z. If nothing changes, there may still remain some hope.

If there is a real fear of him harming a child (his child perhaps, or the abused wife's child) or kidnapping it. He can get banned from daycares. Or schools.
Usually there needs to be some leverage for this to happen. Such as actual documented threats, take away passports, shown otherwise disturbing behaviour that could indicate that he is capable of such.

Other reasons why you might get banned from daycares include: Threaten staff. They are often private business rather than state owned and they can decide to their own liking who can or can not enter their premises. If he has acted in a way to make them not want him there. Then it is up to them wether or not to ban him.

But also, what you said. At the moment I feel like an excessive amount of the KV folks have ties to or know someone who is.
