You guys know that Nick credited him on his show for the court docs twice now, right? The whole world knows Nick is getting at least some info from Kiwifarms.

I think that concern is a bit overwrought.

It was also implied that @JosephTX never sent anything to Ty directly either so he won't have done any real damage to Vic's case. Also, anyone worried about the Farms getting involved in the lawsuit because of this should look up Section 230 of the Communications decency Act to put their mind at rest.

Lets not forget that unlike the average lolcow, Ron Toye has been found by a court to be so dangerously violent and unhinged that he was given a 1000 foot radius around his ex wives -- plural -- and their families that he could not enter under fear of having police tackle him to the ground and restrain him for their safety. This isn't "he sperged out on twitter for an hour." This is "he beat the shit out of his wife in front of his son with a remote control."

Lets also not forget that Ron Toye and his legal team would LOVE to somehow make a connection between Vic, Kiwi Farms, Nick, etc. Ty confirmed Nick gave him the documents yesterday. Joseph confirmed he gave the docs to Nick who gave them to Ty.

There's a non-zero chance that one of the exceptional people involved in this case will try and make the claim that Joseph was acting as Nick's agent who was acting as part of Ty's legal team pro bono. It doesn't have to make sense, it just has to be plausible enough to convince a judge to ask questions about it.

I do hope JosephTX's vacation isn't permanent, though.

At this point in the story he is definately a main protagonist. Or at least current main cast. He was shunted up to star billing after previously being a minor recurring character.
