"All of the money TFS makes as profit goes to Funimation." RUMOR according to Nick.

Didn't one of you nerds mention that TFS is specifically protected by Sabat? Lends credence to him trying to control a lot of the goings on behind the scenes.

Oh fuck if Funimation is really doing that, Toei is going to lose their fucking MINDS.

...

You know what? Ty Beard could ask this in deposition, couldn't he?
This is an understatement. Since TFS's inception Toei has been trying to get TFS shut down. Like, every single opportunity they have been trying to shut it down. They are going to be pants shitting angry if true.

Sabat has been on DBZ Abridged.

why am i still up

Lmfao I don't know why I find the random masks so funny while he's trying to seriously teach us about law.

Juxtaposition.
Double Post, but TO BE FAIR, they've stopped saying non-profit at the beginning of their Abridged Episodes. Not sure how that affects anything though.

It never did. My understanding is that it's a historical artifact from the time when Youtube "enforcing" copyright was still new and everyone from creators of abridged parodies to people just posting anime episodes were all begging to not get their videos removed because it's not like they could fight the matter in court.

I think they already know this.
Which is why they had Funimation yank the TFS crew from the Cell Games parody in Dragon Ball Kai: The Final Chapters.
