see, this is what i find so retarded. he uses the right word--"discredited"--and in doing so he is acknowledging what any honest person on either side has to admit: you cannot *prove* a negative. if i say i flew to the moon in a cardboard box, you can't prove i didn't. but if the only evidence i provide are grainy photos and shoddy blueprints of my paper spacecraft, you shouldn't believe me. i've been discredited.
this is all i want to hear from KV. their commentary on the stan dahlin affidavit is possibly the most insufferable shit to this day, imo. they wailed, "that doesn't prove anything! it just proves he doesn't remember it, but he was there, and it doesn't prove he didn't assault her!" like, duh, you fucking amoeba. the point of the affidavit is to discredit monica's version of the story, since that's really the best anyone can do when faced with such accusations from almost a decade ago.
so when court documents indicate toye was subject to a restraining order for behavior alleged by his ex-wife, sure, KV can claim he didn't do it. they can't prove it, any more than vic can prove he didn't facefuck monica rial--the best they can do is discredit it. good luck doing that, but these are the kinds of double standards we're talking about. and there appears to be a hell of a lot more direct evidence that toye abused women than that vic did.
i say again, i could have absolutely no knowledge of vic as a VA, not be fan, just randomly come across this, and because of obvious double standards like this, i genuinely believe that if i was a truly honest person (which i like to think, ofc), i would have no choice but to side with vic.
similarly the funileaks don't disprove that vic abused women, but they sure do discredit the fuck out of the virtue signaling faggots at funi. i don't give a shit about people saying faggot or making gay rape jokes. the point is, they claim to take issue with such shit, and here they are doing it! i'm sure this had been said over and over since the leaks but god fucking damn, fuck these people. they deserve to burn.
