Anita's and McIntosh's careers fell apart after their break up. Most of this could be written off as coincidence as FemFreq was already on the downward spiral when it happened. It could even be argued that it was contributed to the split.

Jon is an ideologue. During the height of Tropes vs Women someone dug up a long delete blog post where he talks about how his father kept him so sheltered that 911 traumatized him. He decided to tour western Europe and was shocked at the extreme poverty he saw there, people were puzzled as to what he was on about. Sure, there are rough parts of town, and places that could be considered slums, but I doubt it was anything much worse than an American ghetto.

These experiences caused him to rebel against his conservative dad and capitalism. He mostly did this via "pop culture remixing" or some shit. Basically home made music videos.

Meanwhile, Anita was found to have rubbed shoulders with various conmen and teleseminar people. She didn't seem to mention feminism until meeting McIntosh.

I bring up all this backstory because it was speculated that Jon brought the rhetoric and Anita brought the con game. We could argue about which one brought the video editing.

Without Anita, Jon became just another random lefty sperging on Twitter.
