Probably a dumb question but can't Ty make an account here and post them? There is nothing illegal and/or unethical about that as far as I can tell.
I mean "Der Führer" Lemwahhh would mention that in a filing but I doubt the judge gives a shit about his sperging any more.

Dude, it's not publicly available, yet. I also want to see the filings ASAP but you are expecting Ty to take unnecessary risk of jeopardizing his case for our entertainment, which he has no obligation to do so.

That was my mistake then, I thougt because he filed they were availible.

Breaking professional conduct rules? Not likely unless he says something he shouldn't

Good Idea? No

Would it give a reason for LemonFurher to try and drag Null/info out of Null to a Court in Texas? Yes

For us it would be supremely funny thing, since Null might have to certify a letter saying why Lemonhead is an incompetent lawyer. Ty would have to waste man hours defending the farms from a subpoena. Twit&Er Law LLC would have a field day. It would add more jet fuel to the engine of exceptionalism powering this case. There is no upside for Ty or Nick to post openly on here. They Have no legal or ethical reason to not post here, but why give free ammo to the Furher.

Not to mention all 400 tweets and transcripts of each deposition.

Now, key things to look at:

1) Chuck Huber's affidavit. Setting up Chris Sabat to be added to the lawsuit after the TCPAs have been demolished.
2) Chris Slatosch's affidavit with the entire set of texts showing TI on behalf of Ron and Monica.

Also look at the type of language that's used in the first 35 pages of the document. Notice how they're not going into theatrics.
