He's probably envisioning an actual casting couch scenario as opposed to mostly uninvolved interactions wherein Sabat uses roles as leverage for sex, that only those people would definitely be able to attest to.

Also, according to Huber overall, Vic was a social outsider in Funimation who thought that Sabat was his friend. He definitely didn't even know about the casting couch mechanics.

My guess is that he's either already been working on something else for Funimation or he's hoping to get more work from them. People do or say a lot of stupid things when money is on the line.

If Ty really drives home what these leaks imply: that not only are they agents or employees, but that Funi allowed this to happen with the saved audio leaks to the casting couch, which is why we should all thank Chuck for being a legend on this, then we might not need to wait for the future.

We just need to cross our fingers and hope the judge rules in Ty's favour on this.
