You're confusing criminal harassment with defamation; truth isn't a defense against harassment, since harassment is broadly non-violent behavior performed to cause harm or a credible threat to a person's safety. The salient issue there would be if Quinn can be proven to have weaponized abuse allegations, not necessarily whether or not they were true.
