People should keep in mind that if Alec were alive right now and a different accused developer had killed himself, Alec probably would have stuck up for Zoe much like many of Alec's former friends in the industry are doing right now at his expense.

The progressive left regardless of where it manifests (movie industry, video game industry, activist movements, politics) is hyper-cannibalistic. They don't have actual friends they have "allies" and the latter can be discarded the moment they cease to be beneficial or ideologically aligned.

I probably sound like a massive cunt but I have very little sympathy for this guy, unless I see actual proof that he wasn't some pro-cancel culture #believe male feminist cuck. Even Metokur's stream today where he got mad isn't enough to get me juiced up over this. Alec's sister even gave Zoe some posthumous forgiveness on his behalf, that level of comfort from his sister in shitting on his grave like that makes me believe he wasn't some kind of steel-spined fella while alive.

I haven't followed the Zoe Quinn saga since Eron but goddamn it amazes me she has any following whatsoever nowadays

I only just learned about this - I'm curious as to how this shitshow is going to be impacted when taking into account the fact this guy was involved with Night in the Woods. Isn't that the one that the alt side clung to like a darling even though it was pretty damn average?

The people that lead the charge in ending the witch trials were survivors of witch accusations. People can learn and so their deaths should be seen as tragedies even if they are retarded.

He didn't do anything irredeemable, he was just dumb.

You know this event may not give any of zoe's cabal pause. But I've had time to think on it. And people deciding he was guilty after being pushed into a corner and calling him a coward after he killed himself. It kinda broke me a little. Like I thought the sam hyde memes and jokes about "yeah they actually hate you and want you dead. They're not joking. They're the enemy" weren't serious.

But their "side" danced and made jokes about this guy killing himself... with no evidence. Call it melodramatic or autistic but it felt like the world snapped into place for me. I just didn't think I'd see such callous disregard for human life by people who claim to be "enlightened." I almost wanna go back before i knew. But as we see that's no longer viable or 'safe.'

LOL, these people don't get it. We aren't. Chelsea and her many enablers were the ones politicizing actual occurrences of (no) rape and (no) harassment to their favor. We aren't, we're just pointing out the obvious: that Zoe Quinn's behavior cost a man his life.

I though there'd be an end to the drama once Zoe got a stable job writing mediocre comics. But people like Zoe, and people with BPD, they just can't help themselves.

They have to keep reaching for that stove, because being hated is better than being ignored. The thing that prompted Zoe to go public was a potential #metoo train leaving the station and she had to jump aboard. Zoe's most selfish actions are always deflected as altruism. She was dying to tell (more) people about this but didn't have a justification until the Elder Scrolls composer got accused.

She ran a support network for victims of internet mobs. She's written extensively about how damaging internet "abuse" is. And then decides that she wants to help a guy with mental health issues....by launching an internet mob against him. Which is the exact same excuse that Eron used when he wrote the Zoepost. "I'm just warning future victims. I just want her to get help"

Although, the dead guy's sister said he was getting help and responding well to treatment, so it would have been nice if Zoe maybe sent him some DMs before going nuclear.

Did anyone post those tweets of his from 2013 when he kept referring to Zoe as a "serial liar"? Resetera had already dug them up
