Makes me wonder how long he's been drawing. For all we know, he probably never drew before his dA account. That would explain why his work seems shoddy.

I wish the badly-drawn fetish art (because that's basically all it is) didn't quite get to me, but it does. Maybe it's the guy's age.
Also what gets me is that he occasionally posted other people's art in his gallery. He gives credit and apparently has permission, sure, but I find it a bit misleading.

It's just the law of supply and demand. If you get off on something relatively mainstream like bondage or voyeurism, there are literally tens of thousands of artists producing that kind of work.
If you can only get an erection from images of German Shepherds being jacked off by the Staypuft Marshmallow Man, when you find an artist who's willing to draw it, it's not really practical to say "Nah, I'll hold out for somebody else with the same tastes but better colouring skills"
