Hmm. That DM is problematic. For starters, we can't tell if that's Stephanie or not. Secondly, if it is her, and if what she's saying in that message is true, then she's at risk if Sabat ever tries to go after her.

Has stephanie came out and confirm that the DMs are hers.

Nick briefly went over this. Ty notarizing the affidavits means he could be called as a witness to testify. Not devastating, but not a good idea.
I'm guessing Ty was in a hurry and did it to get it filed on time.

We discussed this briefly on Ty Beard's thread. Ty notarized both Vic's and Chuck's affidavit on Aug 30, the day before the filing, implying he had both of them in his office giving statements at the last minute.

Presumably this is to let them cover everything that might come up right up before the deadline, which was a good call: both MoRonica and Funimation filed responses on Aug 29th. The interesting thing is neither affidavit addressed the Funi audio leaks, which had happened by that point, so they could have commented if they thought it was relevant.

Nick is right about it being a bad idea for Ty to notarize things, generally, but I don't think that was an amateur oversight by BHBH. It looks more like a planned late night convenience, letting them save time while still responding to everything that might come up.

Just found some random clip of Vic from 2002. It's really quite bafflling, I kinda understand what's going on in the clip, but I don't understand some things, such as, was this like, some little webseries? Also, at first I was like, well this is some dimb scripted little video, but that guy must have been a HELL of an actor because his reactions seemed guinuine.

It ran out a couple weeks ago, not because of the deadline but because the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled that the TCPA doesn't apply in federal court cases in diversity, and Meyer v. Waid is in the Fifth Circuit.

SJWs are pretty much not human. They are incapable of grasping that someone can be someone's friend without fully approving of them or sharing every single opinion, like some kind of hive insect.
It's almost like they're completely broken as people.

I really want to know how the fuck Millennials turned out like this.

I'm starting to get the feeling that once SocJus culture crashes and burns in the next decade or two suicide rates will skyrocket.

The generation that raised them, the public education system, the moral guardians of yesteryear, participation trophies, and more. Thankfully not all millennials turned out like this(gonna bet most of us here are), but yeah those are some of the answers.

Yes I agree, but I personally consider the millenials that did turn out to be bad apples, likely had thier wells poisoned. A apple is only as good as the tree it comes from.

Yeah from what research I've done seems the younger end of Milennials like me largely lean more to the Center-Right on social issues like Gen Z.

It's strange to see such a disconnect in a generation like that.

So I uncovered the weird ass "P.R.O.P.S." video of Vic from 2002 that I posted earlier, and I continued my digging until I finally decided to watch the full Kip Mangina video. That brought me to another installment in the saga of Kip Mangina which I don't think anyone has posted yet.

EDIT: Is that Monica playing the caller?!

Pretending to be a DB fan is thinking that Dominique is cosplaying Bulma.
Being a true DB fan is thinking she's actually not... oink oink...

EDIT: context for the non-weebs
While being worn by Bulma, the Bunny Outfit Bulma is mostly remembered as being Oolong, a shapeshitting pig, pretending to be Bulma while giving Master Roshi a "reward".

There's a series on this.

Why?

I'm not touching that, because the first one was cancer, but Lord...
