The court can and will deal with the Slatosh affidavit. Most of the Huber stuff only matters if the public makes it matter. I think Ty's purpose was to chum the waters, get everyone Sabat had wronged smelling blood, and see what comes in for a bite to prepare for phase II.

attempted vs it actually ocurring
and
statutory vs well the regular version..
statutory rape is when its a age difference, if I'm correct, like even if it is consensual, the parent can get the guy/girl arrested
