I believe he is highlighting how Ty has retracted his previous Affidavits. However nick already said that he was going to do this to fix issues they previously highlighted so that Ty doesn't get brought up as a witness or fix any Hearsay that might come up. Ty is legit just fixing his documents that they were on a time crunch to make so that he doesn't get caught with his pants caught down.

Is Dipshit here assuming that you must go with your first draft and shouldn't make improvements?

Nothing much. The affadavits as attached to the response motion are deficient. They are going back in, fixed, on the second amended complaint.
