Are they unsworn because Ty wasn't supposed to be a witness to his own case...

Or are they unsworn because Ty didn't (couldn't) actually notarize them properly?

Those are two very different reasons. The former is fine, whatever. The latter is a bit of an oops.
I'm really hoping it's the first option, because otherwise that means Carey and Jim missed it too.

Yeah, I am kinda disappointed in the sloppy way Ty did this.

I maintain that, barring a massive fuckup, Slatosh's declaration should put Ron and Monica in the hot seat, and get Vic past TCPA with them.

I'm less confident over the case against Marchi and Funi, but we'll see.

This is a good time to remind everybody not to get too emotionally invested in all this. What happens, happens.
I've gotten the impression that Sabat is the real target as far as people go. They just need to get one bag man, Toye, Rial or Marchi to get burned doing the dirty work and then tie them to Sabat.

Yeah it is surprising. Someone posted a gif of 17 vs Piccolo, and someone posted a video of Hiei using Dragon of the Darkness Flame on Zeru, but I'm pretty sure Sabat doesn't voice Zeru. I did a quick google search but couldn't find the VA for Zeru.
Didn't post it cause Sabat voiced Zeru, was more so posting it, cause it was what the state of the opposition after Chuck's affidavit. They are nothing more than an ash stain on the wall.

To be fair, there was some sort of redoing of the document in Adobe last minute.

Lets presume for a second they're incorrectly notary stamped... Is it possible that was something he took out of the file before submitting, then when they reverted the file to compress it (messing up the exhibit numbers) it mangled that entire section? The court has to make concessions for technical issues.

This was the defendant's plan all along: post so much shit that the system can handle it being filed.

The notary was Ty. Per Nick's stream, that opens Ty to getting pulled on the stand. I guess just for the opportunity to try to humiliate him in front of the public and jury to hurt his credibility. I bet they can resubmit without much effort as long as there is no new content in the document. But having the submission notorized by someone else does not affect that since that in itself is not part of the content. Just a guess.

My only problem with that, is that Piccolo and 17 fight almost par. A better one would probably be the Garlic Jr. vs Piccolo and Goku or Garlic Jr. vs Kami (as I think he slaps Kami quite bad in both the dead zone movie and filler arc, if i'm remembering correctly)
We could keep it simple with Hiei and Kuwabara?

Gonna let my spedness overtake me and say that 17 would've eventually whooped Piccolo, infinite energy > sacred ointment.

So Ty's slam dunk affidavit for TI and conspiracy is now an unsworn declaration that they'll attack endlessly in the hope it swings the TCPA hearing in their favour? Not to mention they'll probably spend months pissing over it if this gets past TCPA.

Seems kinda sloppy to not get this shit locked down earlier.

Looks like Law Twitter has been right all along.

Guess I am team #KickVick now. Time to go join the #Threadnaught.
