Getting inflated in real life can also kill you, and there's nothing sexy about that at all. A lot of these fetishes seem to come from slapstick found in cartoons, whether it be vore, inflation, size change, etc. Basically, cartoons can make you a twisted freak if you're not careful.

There was even this one guy that made a series of videos where he showcases where he got his diaperfag status from:

That video seems more like a warning to parents what their kids are exposed to rather than an origin story.

First one here looks like Pulsars work, fairy tame, if a bit massive cock obsessed. The latter one here is an artist I think I might have linked here before, called Lunate, a tf focused person whos stuff is kind of out and out body horror, usually over the course of several images for added discomfort!
