Phil was pretty frustrated because it was 2 days left until the supposed Condo Association maintenance day and they hadn't updated him on what they were doing. It was affecting his ability to know if he needs to work Thursday night.

This is coming from the professional streamer that never has anything set up ahead of time, frequently changes plans last minute, and shares no empathy for the customer experience.

Also I don't have screen caps but his D's were sagging last night hard in that blue shirt. I had the end of his stream last night on my phone and you could visibly see his chest flaps bulge out from the side of his shirt. Absolutely horrifying.

DSP is a big fat mess

this condo suppose maintenance is a weekly/monthly thing or something? Dudes streamed/recorded through landscapers and fire alarms. Unless they’re inside his middle condo, I know it’s Obviously it’s just an excuse to not stream but cmon...

So doing some math, DSP has 55,9250 videos of which the vast majority are ten minutes long. Adding it up, that gives him 9,325 hours of video uploaded. The top channel on that list is CODblackopsPS with 1,067,410 videos, but most are around 30 seconds long which equals about 8,895 hours of content.

Also just realized this means that DSP has spent roughly 388.54 days playing video games on the internet, literally more than a year of his life devoted to this.
If you include the original darksydephil channel it averages out to 932 hours per year over the past 10 years.

If you also give him some benefit of the doubt and assume they're each 15 minutes long it adds up to about 1580 hours per year over the past 10 years.

A full time job is 2080 hours per year.

DSP's gameplay footage output has been the same as if he were working 18-30 hours per week.

Its like whenever his subs drops after he announce a new sub goal, he always drops the goal and doesnt say a word then by miracle, he's gifted subs to hit it. This makes the 3rd month in a row hes magically hit the goal the frist week of the month. Kinda makes you think someone either Plantjeffs or Khat herself sock accounts are boosting his numbers to try show growth for the cult. By next month itll happen again after the drop.

Looking at Dsparchives he only needed around 30 subs to hit the goal right? Then he pulled a "tier 2" goal out of his ass which only needs another 30? Seems like he's going to try raising it by smaller incraments to bait small batches of gifted subs through the month instead of one big gifting spree at the end.

The bottle crunching origin from how Tevin explained it is he did it once, everyone was annoyed except one dude who lol'ed, so in DSP fashion, he kept doing it ever since. He's very proud of his little meme of being an obnoxious asshole.

It follows DSP's normal behavior. How many times has someone told him to not do something, just to make him do it twice as bad? Even valid criticism = Trolling in this man's world.

Messed with some contrast levels to see if I could really make his figure POP!

I don't know of a way to easily tally the duration of YouTube videos, but we can at least see his output on Twitch via tracking sites.

Last year, Phil streamed 2449 hours per TwitchTracker (31Dec2017-30Dec2018 UTC-7, reruns off).

If he's streaming six days a week, it comes out to about eight hours a day (2449hours/52weeks/6days = 7.84). This total would include the hours of pre-pre-stream music, actual pre-stream talking segment, breaktime music, and some over-run.

Some 2018 numbers from other streamers for comparison:

1.531 hours - Dr. Disrespect (FPS/battle royale), several weeks off at start of year for personal issues
1,627 hours - Avoiding the Puddle/Aris (fighting, variety) This guy's lazy! j/k
2,056 hours - Tim the Tatman (shooter)
2,459 hours - Destiny (Just Chatting?/variety)
2,508 hours - summit1g (battle royale, variety)
3,038 hours - Ninja (Fortnite), his 2018 biggest year ever for a streamer
3,075 hours - shroud (FPS/battle royale), his first full year as a streamer
3,283 hours - zizaran (Path of Exile), set record by streaming 505.5 hours in 30 days (almost 17 hours a day!)
3,317 hours - Towelliee (WoW)
3,951 hours (reruns off) - Amouranth! With reruns on: 7,902 hours, lol

I really think Phil gets off on being annoying. It's obvious with things like the bottle crushing and the doing exactly what people tell him not to do, but it's also pretty clear in the way he'll laugh after dismissing someone's comment or doing/saying something he knows people won't like, he'll always get in that little goat/snake laugh. To me it shows that Phil enjoys that sort of thing. Honestly he probably gets off on having so many people "hate" him.

It’s so weird. He does the opposite of what good streamers do but gets rewarded.

1 minute in. Phil states the condo association is doing roofing work. Yet Phil finds something else to stream, his green screen.

He has days if not weeks notice. He could find a way to stream. He just doesn't want to. He's taking his whole family on staycation because it's his whole family's bithday. When they get back his whole family will hide in her office/bedroom while Phil begs for money.

He also really enjoys feeling like he's fooled everyone. Any time he brings up the cat reveal, he also mentions that he had the cat longer than anyone knew. Must've been cathartic for him to know something that NO ONE guessed correctly (definition of 'correctly' varies based on whether or not you are DSP).

I just tuned in. Was there any explanation as to his lighting situation? When it was suggested he close his blinds for the daytime streams of the horror games, Phil was so defensive, insisting that doing so during the day would do nothing. Today his face cam for Blair Witch (left) looks way better than it ever did at night (right).
