An Lee Hsu is a founding shareholder of Martinez Hsu, P.C. and a graduate of Texas Tech School of Law. An Lee Hsu manages the corporate transactional practice at Martinez Hsu—namely, corporate structuring, corporate mergers and buyouts, oil and gas related matters, international and domestic contracts, and regulated asset purchases, including Class 3 Firearms and accessories, NFA trusts, ITAR regulated items, ammunition manufacturing, and other licenses regarding regulated manufacturing and purchases. An Lee’s practice also entails working closely with many firearms and ammunition manufacturers, retailers, and resellers regarding compliance, contracts, laws and regulations of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, and U.S. Customs regulations concerning the same.
An Lee also handles a variety of large business projects, including real estate, structuring of EB-5 Immigration projects, and the sale of securities. In doing so, An Lee works closely with business owners and their businesses—whether small or large, established or new—to customize a plan for each specific business.
In addition to An Lee’s corporate practice, he is also heavily involved in family law matters with issues ranging from divorce, child conservatorship, and child support to issues concerning CPS, APS and/or DFPS. His practice involves enforcement of divorce decrees, child support and visitation and other matters associated with parental rights. He prides himself on providing one-on-one support and consultation for every client’s individual needs.
